Part 2
When Kalpi came home, she puts the things in the kitchen. The house was quiet because everyone stepped out all except paki who was sick. While fixing something to help paki she became distracted in her thought.
She thought about the girl from earlier, how what she had said upset her. " it's girls like her that makes us girls look bad. Hopefully I don't ever cross path with her. " she says
While thinking a voice spoke " kalpi... Kalpi! " paki yells.
Kalpi surprise accidently jab the pot causing whatever she was making to drop. They both look at the soup on the ground. One with shock while the other with anger. Paki gets angry and yells at her.
Kalpi tries to apologize, but paki wouldn't have it. She angrily walks towards her. Afraid, Kalpi moves back.
" you did this on purpose " paki accused.
Kalpi stutters " I... I... Didn't I.. It.. Was an A... Accident"
Paki shouts at Kalpi calling her a liar, she says " you want me to stay sick so I will never get well. Was that your plan from the start. " she accused.
Kalpi shook her head while moving back some more. Paki says " I bet you made me sick"
" paki that's just ridiculous, how can I when I've never been sick in my life"
Paki scoff " doesn't matter if I find out you did this, I will make sure you pay" she says before pushing her.
Kalpi trying to gain her balance, hands accidently touched the hot stove. She wince in pain when her hand burn. Paki smirk, she was about to walk away when she heard mr. Singhania and raghav coming.
Quickly she rushed to kalpi " OMG are you OK, I told you to pay attention while cooking, why don't you listen"she says holding her hand
Kalpi confused by paki sudden attitude changed stare at her. Just than Mr. Singhania walk in, he asked what happened and if kalpi was alright. Paki says I will take her upstairs to treat her wound.
Mr. Singhania disagree, he says paki is sick she shouldn't strain her body. He asks raghav to do it. Kalpi quickly objects saying she's alright. She said " it's just a small burn, she will do it herself" she quickly walk away and head to the supply room.
Raghav says in his head I don't know why my family care so much about you, what kind of spell did you put them on. Whatever the case, I will not fall for it.
Elsewhere, the leader grab his belt and removed it. Intended to hit mana with it. Some yells to stop him. The man swung the belt and mana rolls over. She got up and grab a few dirt and throws it in his face . The man drops the belt.
Mana quickly grabs it and smirk " you mess with the wrong woman " she says before swinging the belt.
The man yells. His friends tried attacking mana, but she swung the belt around so they won't come near. One guy finding an opening attack, but the belt wrapped around his ankle. Mana pulls it and he falls. She quickly unwraps the belt and hits the next person that was about to attack her.
A big tall guy snuck behind her while she was busy. Before he could grab her, Ajay bike entered the circle, hitting him with it. Mana smile "Ajay... Your here"
He smile " of course, you think I would miss the fun"
They both gave each other high fives before fighting. Few minutes later the police arrives. Everyone ran, only few were caught that includes mana and Ajay.
Locked behind bars, mana tried explaining to the police officer about the guys that attacked her. The head officer which happen to be Ajay uncle, look at the man's mana was referring too. He says "they look more like the victim to me"
She scoff. Ajay uncle looks at him " I did not expect this from you, her I can understand, but you no. You know your father is running for politics, this could look bad for him. "
Ajay tries to explain, but was cut off. Mana says " don't blame him, he was only trying to help me"
Ajay uncle frown "I'm not surprised, with how many allegations against you, for instance protesting on someone's land, burning someone's car, jumping of a building and call it fun, starting a riot, destroying market properties and starting fights. "
Mana says " I have a good reason"
His uncle raise a brow " and what exactly is your reason?"
Before mana could utter a word, a stern voice was heard. Mana and Ajay expression changed, this person was the only person that could shut them down. He was none other than Ajay father vitthal shirodkar.
