Raghav has put an extra challenge in his bet that he will win his bet in five days from which one day is over...but what will lead next...let's see...
Part 12
Raghav slept that night very peacefully...for the first time in his life he had slept that peacefully...the night ended and there was a beautiful morning waiting for him...
DAY 2
Sammy came to Raghav's house as he has to take some signature on some sort of file...he was calling out for him as he thought he would have got up by that time as it was 11 am in the morning...he was still calling him when a servant informed him that he is still not awake...
This made him little tensed as it was really late...he headed towards Raghav's room..he knocked at the door and called out Raghav's name to all in vain...Sammy was very tensed by now...he unlocked the door with his spare keys and went inside only to find Raghav still sleeping...he neared him and tried to wake him up and when he touched his forehead and found it very hot...he had fever...Raghav was not even conscious...Sammy was panicking a lot he called for an ambulance...
They reached the City Hospital and Raghav was admittedadmitted in the hospital...doctor checked him and told Sammy that Raghav is suffering from pneumonia as he was wet in the rain and then slept in ac..the pneumonia wasn't acute but he has to be kept in observation for coming three to four days...he was given the injection and he will be conscious in few hours...
Raghav was there on the hospital's bed and kalpi...she was there in the children's ward...kalpi used to visit the children's ward...she loved children and so were the children...they loved their kalpi didi...she was coming there and spread happiness in them and also gave them the medicines...
One of the nurse came running to her when she was busy telling stories to the children..she was all huffing...kalpi calmed her down and asked what had happened...
K: what happened Mrs. Enrique...?? Any problem??
ME (Mrs.Enrique): kalpana beta..vo there...there...Raghav Singhania has come...actually he is suffering from pneumonia...as he was wet in the rain and then he slept in ac.. and now he is not willing to take he medicines...
K: what ???
ME: ya kalpi beta...and Dr.Sinha...he is calling you...Please beta..come with me..no one can handle him...Please beta...
K: ok Mrs.Enrique...I am just coming...
ME: ok beta come fast...
Raghav here was throwing all sort of tantrums unawere of the fact that he is in the same hospital were kalpi use to visit...he was just informed that he is admitted in the hospital for 3-4 days...he just wanted to go...he was feeling like he has some void in his life...he didn't know that the void he was feeling was because kalpi wasn't there anywhere around...
Kalpi came near the ward and found Dr. Sinha and Sammy waiting for her...
DS (Dr. Sinha): Thank God kalpana...you're here...now you only can handle...he is inside
Kalpi gave a nod and went near Sammy to ask something...
K: Mr. Raizada...can you tell me which thing your friend hate the most when it comes in eating...
Sa: its karela ( bittergroud)
K: ok thanks..
Sa: but what will you do with it..
DS: Mr. Raizada...just leave it on her...it is her way ...
Kalpi entered the room and was really surprised to see that the Great Raghav Singhania was all behaving like a five year child...She started laughing...Raghav heard the laugh and turned around to find kalpi laughing...suddenly he felt that the void he was feeling was nowhere to be found...he was just mesmerised by her laughing face...she was looking no less that an angel...kalpi realised that she was there to do something and then she stopped laughing and went near Raghav...
K: so the great Raghav Singhania doesn't like medicines...(she was still controlling her laughter)
R: no it's not like that..
K: ok then prove it...have them..
R: no I don't want...
K: but here things don't work on your wishes...
R: I won't have it..I don't like the taste...
K: ok I have an idea...the function this medicinemedicine will perform can also be performed by karele ka juice ( bittergroud juice)...now it's upto you...decide whether you want to have the taste of medicines for few seconds or taste of karela ( bittergroud) for half an hour...
R: former...
K:good choice Mr. Singhania...I must say...so..nurse plz give him the medicines...
She came out of the room and informed Dr. Sinha that raghav has taken the medicines...Sammy was really very surprised to here it as it was for the first time in his life he has seen raghav convinced so fast and that to without any querrel...kalpi went from there and Sammy entered the hall still with the feeling of surprise...he asked Raghav how could he take medicines so easily and raghav told everthing that happened..." So for this she was asking that which food raghav hated...intelligent...I must say..." Sammy said to himself...
There...kalpi went to the children's ward again to finish the stroy...but by then the children were more excited in knowing about Raghav...there were many children and other staff of the hospital who were really grwat fan of him...they all were waiting for kalpi to tell them about him...
Everyone surrounded her and were asking questions about Raghav...she was giving all the answers in the best possible way she can...then one of the kid demanded to bring Raghav so that all can meet him...to which she replied that she will bring him when his health will be alright...she promised them that she willl surely bring him once he is okk ..
Though she has promised but she was not sure if he will agree to come...to remove her doubt she went to him to ask for once if he could come to meet the children for once...she knocked at the door and came inside only to find raghav lying on the bed...and a nurse around...
K: so Mr. Singhania how you're doing?
R: please kalpana call me raghav...this 'Mr. Singhania' annoys me...
K: ok fine..Mr. Singha...I mean raghav...
R: that's better. ..and I am really good..Thanks to you...
K: btw where is your friend...I mean how can he leave you alone..
R: he had some really important meeting in the office so has to go...
K: you had your dinner? ?
R: ummm no...not yet...
K: you want something...like soup...you'll feel better...
R: ok..
K: nurse plz bring some vegetable soup for him...
R: so...can I ask you a question?
K: ya sure..
R: why did youvdo that today...I mean why did you want me to take the medicines? ?
K: well...because I am a would be doctor so that is my duty... Mr. Singha...I mean raghav...I want to say something...actually...I am really sorry...
R:(he was little confused) sorry for what??
K: vo...actually...when I went from here all were asking about you...and they were wishing to meet you so...I..I...I promised them that you will meet them once you get well.. I am really sorry i didn't had any other option...
R:(faking anger) how could you do this ? You know I take lot of money to visit anywhere and you...no way I won't come...
K: it's ok...I know it's my mistake. .I should have asked you before saying anything ( saying so she went outside)
Raghav couldn't help but smile on her innocence...he was still smiling when nurse came.she gave the soup to him..he had it like a good baby and slept...
So this was the end of day 2...raghav has completely forgotten about the bet now...he just wanted kalpi as a friend...or maybe something else...we never know...and there kalpi...she is not feeling anything now...especially after the faked anger to which she is unknown that it was fake...but maybe...to know next stay tuned with TOUGH HEART...
