So...Raghav has some feelings for Kalpi...let's see what this chapter holds...
Part 13
DAY 3
It was third day...Raghav got up and it took him some time to realise that he qas in the hospital...Someone knockedknocked at the door...it was Sammy who was there to meet his friend...
Sa: so...all well??
R: yup..
Sa: you need anything? ?
R:( thinking about kalpi) maybe...
Sa: did you say something? ?
R:ummm...no..well...when can I get out from this hospital??
Sa: the doctor said that you have to be here for some days and then you can again do all things which you love to...like drinking...smoking...and most important..flirting ( he winked over this)...
R: no buddy...I no longer feel to do this...
Sa: what...are you kidding me...I think the fever has reached your head...I mean you're are saying no to those things without which you can't live...
The conversation was cut short when the doctor entered the room to check Raghav...He told that everything was normal but Raghav has to still stay for observation as pneumonia can't be taken lightly...
Kalpi in the college was really disturbed as for the first time her promise was going to be broken...she was really feeling restless...her classes were over and it was 4 in the evening...she has to go to the hospital as she has promised to the children...when she reached at the hospital she was surrounded by all the kids and they were asking about Raghav as to when he is going to come...kalpi was have shortage of words when she ws asked that question...she was about to answer anything when she heard a familiar voice at the door...she turned back and was surprisedsurprised to see RaghavRaghav standing on the door who was still in his hospital dress and has taken permission from the doctor as he could just meet those kids...
Raghav said hello to those kids and he was all surrounded by them...kalpi was just looking over him and kids and she was noticing all sort of expression that were coming on Raghav's face and on the kids...the kids were behaving as if they know him from a long time and so was Raghav's behaviour...
Kalpana was standing a little far from those kids and was smiling...the time has passed quickly...it was around 9 pm...as Kalpana was taking care of the kids so she has to make them sleep..."Kids...time to go to bed so...off to bed all of you...now" As the kids heard those words they rushed to their bed as ordered by kalpi...Raghav was really amused to see kids obeying every word that was utterd from kalpi's mouth...whether it be regarding taking medicine or having any sort of injection or taking the meals..or anything else...
After the kids were asleep she turned near the window and stood there...she was looking at the sky...she was joined by Raghav...
R: what are you looking at...let me guess...ummm..moon..
K: no...I was just looking at that star ( pointing towards the brightest star)
R: why??
K: it is my wishing star...
R:( raghav was really surprised to know that a girl like Kalpana could believe in such things) are kidding me? ?
K: why will I?
R: do you really believe it all this wishing star...
K: of course...
R: can I ask something from your wishing star??
K: yeah sure...just keep your hand on your heart, close your eyes and ask for a wish...and yeah be careful to ask just one wish...as you can see it is a really small wishing star...
R: okk..
Raghav did what kalpi told...he asked for a wish...(it was said to himself) " I wish that my life would always be this blissful as it was at the moment..."
Kalpi also wished... (she also said to herself) " wish that I could fulfil all my aai's wishes and give my family a more better life which they truly deserve..."
Both of them have wished and opeened their eyes...kalpi told raghav that he should go to his room and should have a sleep...raghav did the same...kalpi also went to her hostel as she has to study some topics before she slept...
DAY 4
A new day came which was looking more beautiful to raghav after he had a wonderful evening with kids and with kalpi...he e woke up with bright smile on his face...he was not understanding what is happening to him but he liked it...Sammy enterwd the room..
Sa: so...you will be discharged tomorrow...happy?
R: ( with a sad face) yeah...maybe...
Sammy just ignored the sadness in raghav's voice and continued with his talks...they were having little chit-chats when doctor came in to check Raghav...
DS: so Raghav you ate good...just one more day..tomorrow morning when your test reports will come you're free to go...
R: thank you doctor...
DS: it was my duty...
The doctor goes from there...Sammy also goes as he had some meetings back in the office...Raghav was all alone thinking about yesterday evening...And a smile formed on his lips unknowingly...
Since it was a holiday for kalpi from her college so she came to hospital a little earlier...she went to the children's ward and they all were really happy to see her...she gave them their breakfast...then their medicines...and other such stuffs...she then thought to meet raghav and say a thanks to his for whatever he had done yesterday...
She went near his room and gave a knock at the door...raghav who was still in his dreamland came out of the trance and said tto come in...kalpi opened the door and entered the room..raghav was more than happy to see her...it was the thing he wanted badly since he opened his eyes...
K: how're you.??
R:now..I am fine...
K: did you take your medicines? ?
R: after that warning of yours about that karela (bittergroud) thing I am not gonna take any risks...if you really give it then?? How could anyone have karela...I mean it is so yuck.I hate it...
K: how could you hate it?? I mean it is such a delicious thing...
R: what??? Delicious. ..like really...is your taste bud okk...I think you should have some check up of your tongue...
Kalpi just rolled her eyes on this and said " forget it" in a disgust...in this debate she forgot to say thanks to him..she came out of the room as she was getting calls from pakhi and network in the room was not proper...she picked up the call when pakhi told her to come at her house and help her with some topics...kalpi hurried...
Kalpi finished her teaching sessions with pakhi and went to the hospital...on her way to the hospital she remembered that she had to say thanks to raghav...she reached the hospital and was going to raghav's room when a nurse informed her that a kid was not having the injection...she went with the nurse and sorted the problem in her way...
She then remembered that she has to say thanks to Raghav...she headed towards his room...she knocked at the door but she didn't get any answer..she slightly opened the door and found raghav surrounded by some people...she then noticed Sammy at a corner..she went near him and said.." excuse me Mr. Raizada...can you please tell me who all are they??"
Sa: please call me Sammy...this Mr.Raizada..this is really boring...and these all are his fans...or you can say people he loves the most...
Kalpana was really surprised to hear that as those people were not that rich as it seemed from their appearance but he was so comfortable with them..." he is not that bad it seems...he is good at heart...I think..." kalpi said to herself. She went from there without doing the thing she had come for...
Kalpana reaches at the hostel and had her dinner and slept a little earlier as it is going to be a hectic day for her tomorrow...though she had some holiday but she had lot in her hand...
So this was the end of forth day...and final day is yet to come...let's see if raghav wins the bet or not...to know the next stay tuned to TOUGH HEART..
