Raghav is all set to do everything possible to win the bet...unaware of the fact that he is going to play with someone's emotion...the thing kalpi hates in him...let's see what destiny holds for both...a win for Raghav...or...

Raghav was on his film sets...but still thinking. ..about kalpi...he has to figure out her weak points...the loopholes she has in her heart's shield...he has to make it quick...
On the other hand, kalpi was all engrossed in her studies while sitting in the garden when pakhi popped in front...
P: kalpi...plz help me with this topic...
k: okk...show me...oh this...it is so easy...Religious Disability Act was passed during british rule in india and it was one of the main cause for revolt of 1857.. earlier this act was passed...the hindu rule was that if a hindu converts into another religion he can't inherit the properties of his forefathers but after this act if a hindu converts into another religion he can inherit his forefathers' properties...so this was taken as a step by the the British to attract Hindus towards their religion so it was a cause for the revolt... ( sorry for this description...oh this history still attract towards itself...)

Pakhi goes from there and was surprised to find Raghav outside waiting for Pakhi or clearly for the informations...
P: hey Raghav...what are you doing here...
R: why...I can't come to pick my friend...
P: ya but...
R: actually I dropped you in the morning so I knew you would have not brought your car...so I came to help...
P: thank you so much Raghav...
Kalpi came from behind running towards Pakhi...
K: Pakhi...came you please drop me to the museum...actually I forgot that today is strike of all the transportations and I really have to go to the museum...as so information I have to take is related to your project...and I had time...so...
P: sorry Kalpi...vo today I have not brought the car...
K: it's ok...I will manage...and thisthis museum ...it's just two kilometres from here...I will wslk...
P: kalpi...will you mind if raghav will drop you on the way...
K: no I don't want to take any favour from a stranger...I would have not asked from you if there was no strike...
R: you can come with us...that won't be a problem...
K: did I ask anything from you...just keep quiet...
R: oh sorry...
K: you should be...and pakhi I will manage...you go home...
P: no kalpi...I will also come..
K: but pakhi...you don't like museums.
P: no kalpi you are going there for me so I have to accompany you...you go raghav..we have to go to the museum...
R:pakhi..I can drop both of you there and then to your home...
K: pakhi...I am not gonna go with him...you can go... I will manage...
R: why are you being co stubborn...come na I will drop you kalpi...and after so long I will also see the museum...
K: first of all call me kalpana...I don't give right to everyone to call me kalpi...and secondly if you have to go to the museum just go...I am no one to stop but I am not coming with you and that's final...and pakhi you go home... otherwise you'll also have to walk...
P:ok kalpi I am ready to walk... you go raghav...
R: no...I will also come with you all...
All three were walking on the road as there was not much traffic due to the strike and they reached the museum in an hour...on one hand raghav and pakhi were all tired and on the other kalpi was not at all tired...she was all used to with this... she was very excited about the museum thing...she has always loved museums...and after so long she was visiting one such...
Raghav was never a prson who liked museums...but for the bet...anything...
R (pov): what is she going to do in this boring place...urrrg Sammy...
P: kalpi...what all we have to see...
K: just look around and you will get to know the culture of the mughals...the kind of clothes they used to wear...the calligraphy. ...etc..etc...etc...just take a note ove them...and it will be useful for your project...I am moving around...if you need any help don't come to me...oh just kidding. ...come to me...
Saying all this she went from there to othe side of the museum...to look over the things...she seemed to be very happy...Raghav was getting bored but he tried to remain with kalpi so that she notices him and at least she start talking to him little properly...but all in vain...she didn't even looked at him...and on top of that she was getting annoyed with all sort of nonsense blabbering...then he said.." I am getting bored..." he tried saying this to himself but it was quite louder for kalpi to hear...she said..." Saying ' I am getting bored ' gives you a false sense of importance..." This was said little loudly so that Raghav could hear it...
R: (IN mind) oh this girl she is just fire...Raghav just be careful otherwise she she will burn you all...
Raghav was all busy in noting down the points about kalpi back in his mind...when pakhi came..." kalpi...I think I gathered lot of information...I think we should leave.."Pakhi said with a small smile...To this all of them agreed...they went out of the museum and found Raghav's car...actually he had called his driverv to bring it...
Pakhi this time insisted kalpi to come in Raghav's car as it was little late and it won't be safe...to the insistence kalpi gave up and sat...first they went to drop kalpi and then Pakhi...when they dropped kalpi and raghav headed towards Pakhi's house he asked..." how many people are there in her family including her..??"
P: Three including her...she...her dad and her elder brother...
R: what an irony na she lives with men and hate them...
P: though dhe has smile on her face but she holds a lot in her heart...the reason she had built the shield near her heart for men is... (she was stopped In between when she remembered the promise) let it be I don't want to talk about it...you know she is a very sweet girl...I know you would be doubting this but believe me...I have never seen a girl like her...she is really a pure soul...you know what she just hate smoking and drinking and yes flirting..she usually hate all men but men practicing these they are on top of the hatred list...and you are one among them...one more thing she is very kind hearted girl. She always says.." Be kind, for everyone we meet is fighting a hard battle..." She is a girl who is very rare...in fact one of her kind...if it comes to hepl me she could do anything like today she walked till the museum just because it waes for my project...Oh sorry...you must be getting bored na...you know she just love my mom...she didn't have a mom so she finds her in mine...she always follow what my mom says...she is just amazing...
R: no not at all...I would love to know more about her...she is an interesting person...btw why does she hate men.canany heartbreak
P: I can't tell you that...because she has taken promise from me..and I can't break the promise...one thing I can tell you it is not because of some heartbreak...And she hate you bcoz you smoke, drink and flirt...
R: okk...see pakhi we reached...
P: yeah..thanks ( saying so she got down from the car) bye...
R: bye...
With this Raghav drove home...went straight in his room and noted everything in a small notebook which hold the name. ..no smoking. ..no drinking...no flirting...be kind...no ' I am getting bored'...no calling her 'kalpi'...being simple...being good at heart...goes to hospital to help...love neetu aunty...
R: urrgghh this bet will drive me crazy...but I will win in five days...this is not the part of the bet but this is the challenge for me...
He slept thinking this as he knew coming five days would be very tough...he had holidays from his shooting schedule but he had hard job... to win over the tough heart...
DAY 1
He got up early much to his surprise as he gets up late..ALWAYS...and that to on Sundays...he got a call from Pakhi and she told that today she had a friends get together so he is invited and he has to also help her regarding the preparations. ...to which he agreed as he knew thid would be a great chance to befriend kalpi...
He got up...freshen himself...had t breakfast..and went to pakhi's s house...he met pakhi there who was going here and there to check out the preparations...
R: hey pakhi...why are you so tensed I am here na tell me what all I have to do...
P: thank you so much raghav for coming...and nothing much you have to do...just arrange for a good dj...and...some performance of yours...
R: regarding dj...I know one..he is just fabulous...and regarding my performance...l am always ready...
P: thank you so much
R: (winking) my pleasure...and...btw is your best friend coming...???
P: actually she is not coming...the thing is she just don't like partying...I have tried convincing her but she has given a beautiful reason tovwhich I surrendered...it was...the transport strike...and I don't have anyone to send...
R: I am here na...I will bring her...but..
P: but what...???
R: you remember na..yesterday what happened...she won't even sit in my car...but I have an idea if you agree...we tell tell neetu aunty to tell her to come with me...and as you said she won't refuse her..What's say??
P: brilliant idea...I will tell mom to do this...you're just awesome...I will tell mom..
Pakhi went to neetu and told what to do and she agreed to it...she called kalpi...here kalpi was busy with her studies when her phone rang..she saw the name and piched the call...
K: hello aunty..how are you and uncle..
N: hello beta..I am good and your uncle ...busy as usual...
K: aunty you had some work? ?
N: beta vo actually pakhi had a friends get together...and all of us would love you here...
K: aunty I would have come but there is a transport strike so...
N: no problem baccha I will send someone...here only raghav is available so I will send him you come with him...
K: ok aunty as you say bye..
N: bye beta...do come...
Neetu cuts the call and pakhi hugs her and thanks her...Neetu goes from there and raghav was all set to leave...he sat in the car and drove to kalpi's hostel as directed by pakhi...as he reached there many girls saw him and rushed towards him to take autographs and pictures...hearing the noise kalpi came out and saw raghav surrounded by girls...he was all smiling...she was disgusted to see this...she went inside got ready and came out to find raghav still giving autographs etc...etc...etc...
His eyes soon fell on kalpi who was just looking fabulous in those white kurti with full sleeves and black jeans. ..and her hair were on one side braided in messy fish tail...he couldn't move his eyes from her...she came near him and sat in the car..he also sat in the car and started moving...
Kalpi was still disgusted with the feeling that she has to be with him in his car...she was all trying to control herself when he was trying to give any sort of complement...
R: have you ever watched any movie of mine...
K: NO..
R: but why??
K: because I feel the success you got..you are not worthy of it...you got your success decorated in a golden plate with golden fork and knife in your hand...have you ever noticed y these girls go crazy on you..just bcoz u look good...and handsome in their terms...but for me you don't have any sort of talent...I know you would have never given any auditions bcoz you don't have to...your dad was already a big superstar...and a big and successful businessman...if you were not selected in any movies your father would have made one for you...and..as far as I remember...your first movie was produced by your father. .isn't it...
You have inherited a lot from your father..be it his money...his name...his fame...his talent. .but one thing you couldn't inherit..that was your father's hard work...and ehy would you...you had all the luxuries of your life...life is a party for you...but this is not for all..it was not even for your dad...you know I am just a huge fan of your dad...bcoz I believe that he had talent and he had hard work...you just drink..smoke...party day and night...flirt with the girls...but life is no piece of cake...
Raghav was listening all this and he was really thinking that whatever she is saying is all true...he had always done the things she was saying. ...they were still going when it started raining...kalpi said to stop the car...she got down from the car and started playing in the rain...she was dancing...she was singing...Raghav was just staring at her.he remembered how he saw her first time...today she was looking like an angel...Raghav came out of the car and went near her...and said that they are getting late to which she said she is not coming as this rain is the thing she can't miss and the other reason was now her dress was all messed up...she was fully drenched in the rain and so was Raghav..he no longer was thinking about bet...the rain stopped. ...and Raghav said that he can drop her to her hostel...kalpi said that she can't sit in his car as it will make it dirty...so she preferred walking. ..she was joined by Raghav...he dropped her to the hostel and went to his house informing pakhi that he is not well...
Raghav reached home and started sneezing as he was fully drenched in tge rain and he travelled so long in his ac car and now his fully ac house...though he changed but still he was feeling cold...for the first time in his life he has enjoyed the rain and thst to without doing anything...he was trying to sleep but the sleep was far from his eyes...whenever he was closing his eyes he saw kalpi's face...and after sometime he slept like a baby...hugging his pillow...
So this was the end of the chapter and so of the day...do you think raghav will still think of the bet...will he be able to win the bet with hiown challenge of five days...what will happen next...to know more stay tuned to TOUGH HEART...
