Nice prologue

Awesome prologue dear!!

Part I.

Morning is calm. There is not any instance of night's destruction except some fallen trees and some broken huts. Kalpana is getting ready to go to the restaurant where she is working as a waitress. While picking up her dress, her hand touches a box and it falls down. Kalpana picks the box lovingly. She opens it and looks at the treasure. Indeed it is treasure as it contains her memories, her dreams and token of her love. She looks at the New Year card which Raghav gave her when she was just 8 years old; she looks at her and Raghav's photo. Her hand mistakenly touches the ghungroo, she starts caressing it and a tear escapes from her eyes. Her dreams, her love all became memories only. She tried to meet Raghav in remand home but Raghav denied meeting her. She had hurt him but she did not have a choice either. She had to do it because of him only. She is in her thoughts when Sameera's voice breaks her trance - Di, I need 10,000 rs to fill examination form. It is life time opportunity. I will get scholarship if I pass this exam'.

Kalpana hurriedly puts the box back in the cupboard and turns to Sameera - Ok sam, you will get the money tomorrow. Don't worry.' Sameera hugs Kalpana -You are great di, I love u'. Kalpana hugs her back.

You both always forget me'- Naina pouts. Kalpana goes to Naina and hugs her tightly - How can I forget my baby, my pari. I love u.' Sameera looks at them and smirks, an evil smirk which gets unnoticed by Ni and Kalpi both. She joins them in the hug. Kamla notices them hugging each other and then looks at her elder daughter, her pride Kalpi. She is innocence personified. She is goodness personified. She has sacrificed her childhood and become mother of Ni when she was just 6 years old as Kamla was not keeping well then. She had sacrificed her love Raghav for Sam's sake. She accused Raghav wrongly to save his sister Sam as she knows Raghav loves Sam very much. And In last 8 years, she is sacrificing her every dream, her little happiness for Ni and Sam's sake. She even forgets the dream which her father had seen for her. Kamla wants little happiness in her daughter's life and she knows her happiness is Raghav. Kamla had seen Kalpana getting shattered into pieces each time when Raghav denied meeting her. Six years back, she had seen her crying inconsolably when she got the news that Raghav was shifted in Jail on his 18^th birthday. She was only 16 then. But her daughter never loses her trust on Raghav. She blindly believes him.

Ni and sam leave for the college. Ni is feeling that Sam is hiding something from them as she is behaving very differently from last few days. But she ignores this feeling as Sam is her sister, her best friend.

From where do you get the money,Kalpi?' - Kamla questioned.

Tonight there is a party in the restaurant and we will get over time if we will work in the party' - Kalpana explains.

You hate those parties as drunken idiots misbehave with the waiters, waitresses. You only said this to me. - Kamla questions.

Aai, I can take care of myself. Don't worry'- Kalpana pacifies her mother.

I am not feeling good about it Kalpi, I am having a feeling that something bad is going to happen. I am feeling that everything will get ruined like it happened 8 years ago. I will lose u like I had lost ur father.'- Kamla blurts out her innermost fear.

Kalpana hugs her mother tightly- Aai, nothing will happen to me. Don't worry. I can take care of myself'.

In Raghav's home.

Raghav is practicing boxing. He is punching the sand bag hard. The flashes of his past are haunting him. The girl whom he loved accused him as her baba's murderer. Her stiff hardened face comes in front of him when she accused him for Vittal uncle's murder. There was not a single trance of hesitation in her voice. The lady whom he considered as his mother cheated him. He was distanced from his only sister. The nights which he spent in the remand home comes alive in front of his eyes. He was tortured to accept a crime which he never committed and he wished death can be better than third degree of police. He lost belief in humanity and today he is ruthless arrogant man. They won as they had money but time has changed and now he had money and power. He will destroy every single people who had given him pain and his revenge starts with Kalpana vittal yadav. Vittal yadav once taught him never to keep anyone's favour and he will make sure that he will repay his daughter's favour. He is so lost in his thoughts that he does not realise that he had hurt his hands.

Sammy enters into the gym and shouts - Have u gone mad, raghav. Look at ur hand. It is bleeding and for god's sake, stop all these nonsense. You know your servants fear to come in the gym when you practice boxing. They say on your back that you behave like a devil while practicing boxing.

Raghav smiles - But you are not afraid of this devil.

Sammy laughs - I know you are not a devil. By the way, I had laid the trap and your prey is ready to jump in your trap.

Raghav smirks - History will repeat itself. Ms. Kalpana yadav will pay for the betrayal. She had broken my belief 8 yrs back and now I will break her.

At 8 pm in restaurant.

Kalpana checks herself in mirror. She is ready to work in the party. Bloody rich people, after drinking a little, they behave like they own the world. Bloody hypocrites forgets that we are waitresses, not.. . Before priya can speak further, Kalpana places her hand on Priya's mouth. Stop cursing priya. Don't use your abusive dictionary' -Kalpana speaks. Priya smiles - you are so naive and innocent Kalpi, You don't know the world.' For a moment Kalpana's face becomes pale and she smiles - I know the world well and so I know there is still some humanity, some goodness lingers. Let's go.' Kalpana and Priya enter in the party. Kalpana is serving juice to everyone. Kalpana looks at the drunken people, she hears their fake laughter. She is not liking this place much. Suddenly a person collides with her and she is lucky that she is carrying an empty tray then. The person has no decency to utter an apology. Kalpana smiles ironically. The same person gestures to Sammy that work is done. Suddenly commotion starts in the party as some lady starts screaming that her diamond ring got stolen. Manager of the restaurant comes into the party and instructs every employee to stand in line.

Raghav who is drinking at bar , looks at the line of waiters and waitresses. The time for which he is waiting has come. Checking of waiters and waitresses start and they find the ring in the pocket of Kalpana's skirt. Kalpana is perplexed at the turn of event and her mind is not registering anything. She is stood numb there. The lady whose ring is found slaps her hard - You bloody thief' and then she asks the manager to hand over Kalpana to police. Kalpana panics. She vows that she had not done anything but none is ready to listen her. Police comes and they are ready to arrest Kalpana when Priya suggested Kalpana to talk to Mr. Singhania who is throwing this party. May be he will save her. Kalpana rushes to the bar and pleads to the man. Kalpana looks at the man who is so familiar to her but again, there is something in him which is saying she does not know him. Raghav smirks seeing her pleading and then speaks - I don't help the thieves'. A lady constable starts dragging Kalpana. But Kalpana's eyes on the man who is so familiar to her yet he is stranger. Kalpana stops struggling seeing his smirk. She let the constables drag herself but her eyes are glued to Raghav till the constables drag her out of the party. Raghav is enjoying the poor girl's plight.

In jail, some Lady Constables start beating Kalpana mercilessly. Her screams are so painful that anyone can melt seeing her.

But the person who is enjoying this sight on her 52 inch LCD screen does not flinch. Sammy can't take it longer and closes her eyes'

Sammy - Call the police station and tell them to stop. I will not be able to hear her screams'

Raghav - But her screams are music to my ear. It will ease my pain'.

Sammy- she will die, Raghav'

Raghav - I am still alive Sammy. She can't die so soon. She has to bear a lot more.'

Sammy - Raghav, I will support you whatever you do with that girl but don't torture her like this.'

Raghav receives a call- Kamla yadav has come to police station to free her daughter. Ok stop beating her and leave her. There is not any written FIR so don't give me your bull shit explanation. Just leave her and I will manage everything.'

Raghav looks at the screen and looks at Kalpana who struggles to stand up. Her visible body parts i.e. her face, hand and legs are bruised. She starts walking slowly toward her mother. Her mother engulfs her in a hug. Raghav looks at the tear stricken face of mother-daughter duo. He switches off the Video and stands abruptly. He goes to the bar and starts drinking. Why not he is feeling good seeing kalpana like this? Why he is not happy? May be they deserve more severe punishment than it.

Sammy looks at Raghav and the flashes of Kalpana's face come in front of his eyes. He is feeling bad for the girl.

It is quite late. Kamla sighs a breath of relief as she does not have to face curious glances of chawl people. She holds kalpana's hand carefully and Kalpana winces in pain. Kamla supports Kalpana to climb the stairs as Kalpana's legs are shivering. Ni and Sam are waiting for them. Tears start flowing from Ni's eyes as she notices bruises on her di.

Tear escapes from Sam's eye unwontedly though she is the one who is supporting her brother in this revenge. Sam is aware of Kalpana yadav's true face and she hates to call her Di but she is staying with them for revenge. Yadav family have to pay for their deeds. Kalpana's trembling voice breaks her chain of thoughts.

It is nothing ni, These bruises will heal in no time. Now don't cry. Look at Sam she is so strong. Now go to sleep. I am feeling sleepy.' Saying so, Kalpana moves toward her bed. She is not ready to break down in front of her family. Kamla comes to her and applies medicine on her bruises. She can sense her daughter is hiding something but she does not say anything.

Kalpana lies on the bed and replays the events of the day. She remembers the content face of Mr.singhania urf Raghav when constables are dragging her. She remembers the poisonous voice of Raghav . She remembers that lady constables are talking about some Mr. Singhania who bribed them to torture her. Kalpana looks at her mother and thinks - aai, your fear turns into reality and my belief has been shattered into pieces. He is back aai but for revenge. One look on his face and I am sure it is he. I am his prey aai. He wants to destroy me. I will hug my destruction if it gives relief to him. But is there anything left in me to destroy, he had already destroyed me breaking my belief. But I have to protect aai and Ni from him . And I will protect u both at any cost.'

Note.

One is ready to destroy and one is ready for destruction. But will Raghav stop hurting Kalpi only or he will hurt Naina and Kamla. Kalpana is ready to accept her own destruction but will she allow Raghav to hurt her family. Will Kalpana come to know about Sam's true intention. What is Raghav;s next plan.
