I started watching EMA in February when raghav n kalpi had gone to alibaug, firstly I thought it to be a reality show as I never knew that ashish has been roped to play a daily than during the break I came to know that it is a daily but what caught my attention was how a girl saved the life of a larger than life business tycoon "RS". Those were the days which actually talked about the struggle a middle class or lower middle group has to undertake everyday to meet their daily needs. The girl who undergoes through pain by insults n abuses coz of the reason that her boss wants to keep her at bay as he had fallen for her n just to hide his feelings he taunts hern insults her regardless of the hurt causing to the poor soul. Finally the day arrived when great Mr. Singhania accepts his love for her accidentally and that was the moment that promised that yes everyone has the right to dream n keep high hopes with life. After too much pestering n following the creatives made kalpana to accept her love for him wholeheartedly. The show till that point exhibited the purest or rather pious feelings of love coz none of them expected anything out of each other except for love n care to d utmost potential. The track was good that even if u r poor n have the spark to make it big through ur actions n deeds u can make it big n can win anyone's heart, which got extended till the marriage involving stupid misunderstandings n drama.
Now the point is pakhi has been shown enormously duffer n dumbest character as she couldn't make out that raghav n kalpi had something since off late they used to be always together n very close like the success party dance, dance at raghav' s place etc. she has been shown so dumb that she agreed for a marriage within few hours n was least bothered to call upon her kamla maa who was the one who asked for her marriage with raghav.
Secondly the most idiotic n most unrelated n double standard lady is kamla, she always places pakhi befor kalpi does that happen in real life. The creatives in order to depict her as the best n considerate soul of the show slit her character into pieces. She never ever listens to her husband, places both her kids after pakhi, ready to sacrifice anything for pakhi, last but not the least she asked kalpi yesterday that if raghav ditched u once can ditch u again so do not trust him, did she ask the same to pakhi that do not trust him n fight for ur rights as he cheated upon u the most. I feel whatever kapoors have done but sahib always treated his daughter like anything so hw could a daughter leave her parents like that when raghav not even provided any proofs against her parents, doesn't that show she is selfish, she ever checked upon kalpi what she is going thru no. Forget it.
Lastly great Mr. Singhania a business tycoon couldn't find a better way to avenge his father death but to marry the daughter of a killer. He forgot everything his love , his promises and of course kalpi. What a beautiful character assassination. Absolutely wonderful.
Let us get to the main pt. the producers hired shilpa to be the face of the show n latter considering her hiatus after 13 years considered the show as her own. Post leap the limelight got stolen by ashish n rachana for their impeccable performance as kalpi n raghav n created a hysteria amongst people for their bonding as ragna which went wrong against them as they were the once become of whom lots of people have actually watched EMA. The creative probably for what reasons killed the essence. I agree that in every serial there is a protagonist but the focus keeps on shifting to other people as well. They followed the track of other shows to increase the run time n episodes to the maximum but in the race got lost of the track. Currently the message is kamla is god, whatever she will say is the final verdict n everyone will follow her blindfolded. Her family has gone through so much coz of pakhi n raghav but still she is helping kapoor n making her daughter suffer n helping pakhi to sail in a boat that can drown anytime. Secondly pots do not have right to love n to be loved their only ambition is to make big money and status in society. Thirdly people should not get their daughter married as anyone can play wid their emotions n can ditch them. Fourth if u have worked for a criminal you have to be loyal towards them as they paid u money. Fifth the men in the hose are deaf n dumb n impotent enough to raise their voices against any odd. Sixth u can marry anyone in rage, late divorce them n marry someone else it is so easy. Seventh even a mother goes blind for revenge that she asks her son to spoil his life by marrying the daughter of his father's killer. Eight a girl once married has to act sati sa virtu, she can't pursue her career, she has sit at home n cook food just to be thrown in the bin. Ninety u can become memsaab by sitting idle at home chopping n cooking food for criminals instead of searching for a job. Lastly love is a game, you can kiss anybody enjoy some private moments with anybody be it public or whatever n than can marry someone else.
Dear producers n creatives it is not necessary for a show to run for longest of the time but is important that it entertains people in a healthy sense and also gives good learning n lessons to the youth that if u love someone love unconditionally, exceptionally without keeping any expectations and keeping your ego at bay. Life is really beautiful if ur companion is understanding n loving. A good companion takes away all the sorrows from ur life n fills it with happiness n contentment. Love turns u into a better human being who can take best of the decision in worst of the conditions.
