She is trying to act mahaan to win Raghavs love.

Thats why she is not siding with her parents. Besides she doesn't wanna go live in Chawl.

I dont understand why people on this forum insist on seeing paaki in a negative light. Paaki has been brought up on Kamal's values. so what if she is rich cant a rich girl have a good heart. from what i understood Paaki was not aware of ragav and kalpi relationship . so she never intentionaly came between them.

raghav proposed marriage, and believing that he too loves her she said yes. she is as much a victim as Kalpi.

and yes Paaki is hurt that raghav does not love her, but despite that she stood by his decission to through her parents out of the house. that is a wife duty to stand by her husband. as a women who is in love with her husband she has to try to give her marriage one chance at least. that is her duty too. and i'm sure if there is no hope in the relation Paaki will let raghav go. so that he may unite with Kalpi if she will have him.
