In her room, Belle was pondering over Mrs.Potts words.. She thought,"Could it really be me ?" She then thought,"No no no.. He is a beast.. And he has loads of attitude and he is just too blunt 😆.." She then thought about the times the beast saved her and thought"But he is good.. Yes.. He is egoistic, has loads of attitude, gruff and blunt BUT he is good..."😳 Meanwhile the beast was thinking,"Luminiere is one confusing soul.. Tells everything in riddles and flies away as if dancing with the air."🤣 The beast walked around the room and his eyes fell on the rose.. He went towards the rose and looked at it.. It was still there standing in its glorious glass house shining like the star it was.. The beast looked at it and remembered the witch's words.. He sighed and looked at the flower again as if speaking to it,"Do you think she is the one ?? I dnt want to hurt her. She deserves the best.. Not a beast like me." Meanwhile Belle was still thinking,"He is gruff but he is kind at the same time. Maybe he just needs some tending to."

Just at tht time, Luminiere flew into the room. He sat beside Belle and saw tht she was in great thinking. Luminiere cleared his throat and said,"Belle.. May I know as to wht are you thinking ? ,Maybe I can help you with that.." Belle said,"Luminiere... I am thinking as to how to tame Adam.."Luminiere said,"Well.. I may have an idea as to how you can do it." Belle turned toward him and said,"Now now Luminiere.. Dnt be the Brutus and tell me wht can be done." Luminiere asked,"Who is Brutus ?" Belle replied,"We'll get to that later. First tell me, wht can be done.." Luminiere said,"You can always start by talking to each other.. Like a lengthy conversation by the fireplace.. Take a book along with you." Belle nodded and asked,"But will Adam agree to it ?" Luminiere replied,"You leave Adam to me.. I'll make sure he comes." With tht, Luminiere flew out of the room.. Belle thought of taking her favourite book to read.. Meanwhile, Luminiere flew to where The Beast was walking around the room.. Luminiere asked,"Did someone pull ur tail, Beasty ?" The Beast turned towards him and glared. Luminiere said,"Ok ok.. Sorry. Wht's wrong with you ?"

The beast said,"I dnt know wht is happening to me.. I want to be with Belle everytime but I fear I'll hurt her which I do not want to at any cost." Luminiere said,"Maybe you should try being atleast friends." The Beast asked,"How do I do that ?" Luminiere hit his forehead with his own hands and said,"Looks like I would have to teach you everything. Listen Adam.. I talked to Belle about this and she is ready. Now you dnt be the Brutus and say NO.." The Beast asked,"Who's Brutus ?" Luminiere replied,"I dnt know. Belle told me she'll tell me about Brutus later." So that evening, Belle and Adam met near the fireplace. The others left leaving both alone. The Beast was fidgeting with his shirt while Belle was rubbing the cover of the book she was holding. Both were nervous as to how to start the conversation. Both started at the same time"Do you..." They looked into each other's eyes and started laughing.. Belle asked,"So wht shall we do ?" The Beast replied,"Erm.. I dnt know." Belle asked,"Shall I read you my favourite book ?" The Beast said,"Yes.. Sure.. Go on." And so while Belle read, The Beast listened with interest while Luminiere and Mrs.Potts spied through the door and felt happy that Adam and Belle were getting closer..

This became the routine for Adam and Belle everyday. In the morning they used to have breakfast together and listened to music. It was then only tht Belle realized tht Adam was a very poor dancer. He always slipped after a few minutes which made Belle laugh a lot. Adam enjoyed Belle's laugh.. He thought,"She has a very wonderful laugh.. I could hear it all day." Belle soon began teaching Adam how to dance.. They started with the basic steps.. Adam tried to dance but always ended up falling on Belle.. This continued for a few days until he learnt to dance well.. In the afternoon, they spent time together near the fireplace reading books and telling stories to each other.. In the evening they would sit near the big window and look outside at the beautiful garden and lake that was beginning to freeze since the snow was about to fall.. As the snow season approached, their staring at nature session changed to skating session on the lake.. They had small snowball fights also..While Adam wasn't looking, Belle threw a large snowball at him. He groaned at the sudden throw. He looked at Belle. She was laughing. Seeing her laugh, Adam started to laugh too. She took a large snowball and started to chase Belle.. She ran as fast and she could. Adam was way too fast for her. He soon caught up with her. Both of them stumbled and fell to the ground with him on top of her. Black eyes stared into brown orbs.. Adam took one paw and put a stray of her hair behind her ear.. Belle's breathing hitched in her throat.. She was too numb to say anything. She kept her hand near the Beast's heart and heard it beating. She smiled lightly at him.. Adam applied the snow ball on her face and ran away 🤣.. Belle was dumbstuck.. She got up and started chasing Adam and saw tht he was trying to feed some birds.. As she saw him feed the birds, she thought,"He has a very gentle heart.. Perhaps, I was the one who was late enough to realize this.."
