Hey guys this is my first fan fiction. I'm a RagNa fan and decided
to dedicate this fanfic to all lovely members of this forum... pardon my mistakes and do comment...enjoy
Story begins just after the chawl track. Pakhi & Kalpi both
have joined Raghav's company. Pakhi, in spite of opposition from her family,
decided to go against them and Kamla also supported her decision.
A Twisted Tale
It was a rainy day and Kalpi was gazing out of her cubicle's
window. While sipping coffee from her mug, she was thinking about how she ended
up joining Singhania group.
*flashbacks*
Kalpi: I don't want to join Raghav's company</font>
Kamla: Why?
(holding call letter in her hand)
Kalpi: because i don't want to. Can u live with that</font>
Kamla: Kalpi, I won't force you but at least go and meet him only once</font>
Kalpi: but aai...
Kamla: mere liye (she insists)
Kalpi: ohk aaai, i'll go bt m nt joing his cmpny
Raghav Singhania's office
Kalpi knocked the door and was asked to come in. She saw Sammy sitting next to Raghav's
chair.
Raghav: look who do we have here? So you decided to join us... good for u (Raghav said
taunting her)
Kalpi: (immediately) don't get an idea Sir. (Both Raghav and Sammy raised their
eyebrows to that). I'm here to turned down your offer.
Raghav: Sammy, why i'm not surprised. So you thought we would be obliged to see you for
personally coming here just to "reject us" (gesturing with his fingers). Now
you don't get an idea miss.
Kalpi: (try to calm down) It's not like I jus...
Raghav cuts her off : then what are you here for miss Kalpna Jadav. (He asked while getting
up from his seat)
Kalpi stopped herself from saying something and then moulded her sentence. It was my mistake, I wasted my time by coming here, I'm so sorry (sarcastically)
Raghav: You ought to be. You are wasting our time to. I was right about you, you are not competent enough to work with me . Moreover you won't be able to adjust working in the best
international company.<
Kalpi: (fuming now) Who are you to judge me or question my capabilities. I think its a habit
of yours to make assumption about people because if this not the case, you would have known by now that its not "Me" but "You" who can't handle me.
Raghav: Really now!! You think i can't handle you?
Kalpi: I don't think but I'm quite sure of it.
Raghav: (spinning the paperweight) I lyk challenges
Kalpi: So do I
Raghav: Then prove me wrong that you are incompetent, prove me wrong that you can work under me and prove me that you can handle me. Can You????
Kalpi: you are so gonna lose Sir. (Raghav could feel the determination in her tone)
She picked up the call letter and drifted out of the Room. Raghav left a sigh in relief.
Sammy, who witnessed everything what had happened in the room, was still very
confused.
Sammy: Ufff,, that went wild well</font>
Raghav: For now, I guess yes!
Sammy: Why were you so rude with her??
Raghav: Who said I was (giving him a tough glance)
Sammy: (backing off) not me bro. Why do you want her to join our company?
Raghav: I believe she would become best asset for our company. Now if u r done with ur enquiry
let's do some work.
Kalpi and Pakhi joined the company next day. She loved her work. To her surprise, Raghav never made any discouraging comment about her work he never appreciated it though.
Tring tring its her office telephone that brought her back to present. She received the call. It was from HR dept. everybody was called up to meet in the conference hall. Kalpi & Pakhi joined in together.
Kalpi: What is this announcement all about?
Pakhi: (excitedly) God knows.
Kalpi: then why are you so excited
Pakhi: (whispering) Because, Raghav will be there
Kalpi: what's so new in that? He is there in all the meetings.
Pakhi: correction... he is there in all the meetings which you attend not me (pouting)
Kalpi: whteva, lets see what announcement that akdo has to make.
In the conference hall<
Raghav: I thank u all for ur tym and its my pleasure to announce that our company is doing exceptionally well and we have recently sealed many major deals with the three best international companies (clippings).I thank u all for your efforts and to mark this happiness there will be a success party this Saturday at Singhania Mansion. (everyone shouting yeee & clapping louder).
Sammy: One more thing guys its gonna be a masquerade party and u all are invited. (Pakhi
was also happy but Kalpi was nervous)
Raghav: Now everyone plz get back to work
Pakhi: what happened Kalpi? Are you nt happy about the success party?
Kalpi: I'm happy about the success but not the party
Pakhi: ohhh kalpi u r no fun... and don't tell me that u r not coming for the party.
Kalpi: Of course I'm not
Pakhi: don't rush into the decision. You still have two days to think over it. (Saying this she left for her chamber)
Same night after dinner
Kamla: how was ur day kalpi?
Kalpi: It was good aai.
Kamla: tu party may jayegi na??
Kalpi: (surprisingly) how do u kn... (pause) ohhh Pakhi??
Kamla: Haan Pakhi ne bataya, tujhe jana chaiye, Pakhi bhi hogi na wahan to use bhi cmpny il
jayegi
Kalpi: (her mind was brimming with many questions but decided to do otherwise) I'm going to
bed aai.. tub hi so ja. She went inside leaving Kamla alone.
