I think Raghav S. already knows about the chawal situation, and he is working on it. He just doesn't want it to be known that he is trying to fix it. That bickering scene on the phone was just to throw Kalpi off. Right now, Raghav has been doing a lot for the chawal, but he has been doing it secretly.

If he is doing something for the chawl then its gud..
But i dont get one thing that why did sammy tell kalpi to go to pune when raghav is not ready to cum with her...sammy very well knws raghav's behaviour still why he reccomended this??

me think that Raghav has got a master plan set up and everything is just going according to his schema...by the end he'll come out in front of everyone as The Raghav Singhania- the one no one can cheat and defeat...you know tough guy, awe inspiring and ultimate hero (which he is of course 😉)

Shayna ur question also strikeing in my mind since yest..🤔 i'm nt getting yr whts the purpose behind sending kalpi puna when raghav doesn't wanna come wid kalpi...is he testing her...is he wanna know kalpi kitni had tak ja sakti hai apne family & chawl walo ke liye..🤔
Bus ho gaya na CV's ..ab to koi justification do hum viewrs ko raghav ke behaviour ka...beja fry ho rha hai humara😡😆

I think Raghav doesn't want Kalpi to know about his identity ... if he does, it would be a moment that he had already met her ...
The story could progress a little like the film "Ghajini" where the lead actress, Asin didn't know the real identity of Aamir Khan because he hid it deliberately and then they fell in love etc... If CV's have this idea that would be great and interesting 😉 What do you think guys ?!!

maybe it's all part of Raghav's master plan? I think that Rhagav want's to see how far Kalpi will go to save he chawal? Maybe to earn more respect for her? I dunno.. good question.
