- Episode begins with Viren telling Jeevika that the operation was successful and Maanvi is treated. Virat is there and says that Maanvi is only cured today because of Jeevika. Jeevika realizes that she is yet to tell the family members about her abortion and discusses this with Viren and Virat.
- Dr takes Maaanvi out of the operation room but she is still unconscious. Only one family member is allowed to stay with Maanvi and Jeevika says that she will.
- Virat is upset that VirIka had to sacrifice their baby to save Maanvi. Viren tells him that everything has happened for a benefit and instead of being upset today he should try and make this beautiful day special for Maanvi. Virat thinks about what he can do for her.
- Jeevika is with Maanvi in a ward. She remembers the wishes her and Maanvi made of always being together and how her diya lit Maanvi's.
- Suddenly Jeevika feels a lot of pain and tells the nurse in the room that she will be back soon.
- Outside Vanshika is giving sweets to everyone. Jeevika leaves for the washroom.
- Beeji is with Maanvi and Maanvi begins to get conscious saying 'Di.' Beeji says she will call Jeevika.
- Jeevika is in the washroom feeling a lot of pain.
- Once Beeji has told everyone Maanvi is getting conscious Chachi runs to call Jeevika. Jeevika says she is coming soon but she feels unwell.
- Jeevika goes to Maanvi and when Maanvi opens her eyes the first thing she sees is Jeevika.
- Jeevika says that Maanvi will be with her always. Maanvi adds even after always to this. JeeMan hug.
- Everyone goes inside to see Maanvi. Maanvi asks where Virat is and he enters. Virat is saying about Maanvi now has a habit of staying ahead of everyone that's why he was hiding behind. He says that when they take their pheres for marriage he will keep Maanvi to steps ahead of him. Maanvi says not only in the marriage, after the marriage he will be behind her as well.
- Virat says for her to get up and Maanvi asks why. Virat says to stop being dramatic because she is now fine and they should call the priest and get married now. Everyone laughs.
- Virat says to Maanvi to get ready to become Maanvi Vadhera.
- VirMan continue to pull each other's leg. Virat is insisting on their marriage. Inder says to Virat to keep calm because Maanvi is not going anywhere. Maanvi says she is. Everyone is shocked. She says she going to the shaadi ka mandap.
- Viren notices blood on Jeevika's dress. Jeevika is shocked.
- Jeevika says she will be back soon after getting changed. She says Virat is here with Maanvi. Maanvi says, aap pe tho hazaar Virat kurban.
- Viren and Jeevika are discussing telling the family the truth in the car.
- Back at the house Vanshika says she will keep a prayer for VirIka's child after Maanvi is back from the hospital. Jeevika enters with Viren saying that this prayer will not happen. SB questions her.
- Jeevika discloses the truth. Everyone is highly shocked. Jeevika says she is ready to accept any punishment. She is crying and Viren supports her.
Precap: Jeevika says to Viren in the car that she feels lighter after disclosing the truth about her abortion the family members and now she has to tell Maanvi the truth before she returns home from the hospital.
