He was confused as to why Bua was standing in front of his door bt he was shocked to see her tear stricken face nd was abt to say something when she wordlessly handed him a book nd then went from there'nw he was more than confused..he stood there for sometimes expecting something to happn bt nothing so he went inside nd was abt to open the book when an envelope fell from the book nd he took it nd was abt to keep it back when saw his name written on it ,was going to open it when he heard sound of her, Manvi..nd he kept the book under the pillow

Ayush stop running..its time to go to ur bed'nw nw be a good boy Ayush'her voice was getting closer by making his heart beat rise at a new level..

CP?? Who CP??? Ayush stop it muma cant run nw!..her voice was so close that it looked as if she was in front of him ..suddenly there was something on his leg nd nd he look down to see it was nt something rather someone, Ayush was standing behind him holding his leg..

AYUSHHH'manvi came running nd then Ayush pushed me or Manvi tripped whatever we ended up falling on same bed that too on top of each other..i opened my eyes slowly nd saw a whole amt of hair on my face..i slowly moved the hair back nd saw her beautiful face which has haunted him every second of this 5 yrs..she opened her eyes nd I was ready to be hurt if she push him or evn shout at him! Bt the moment our eyes met it was as if something has passed bw us, as if we both were waiting for this very moment,as if her eyes were trying to say something,he could hear her heart beat which was irregular bt both of their heart beat together give a rhythm'he was abt to touch her face when there was murmur nd both of us looked around and saw Ayush , Alok nd Ananya lying on the bed nd looking at both of us with cute expression nd Alok was looking sad nd angry he forgot for a moment that Manvi was on top of him nd was abt to Ask Alok what happnd..when..

1'2'3'..yayyy maasi wonnn..screamed Ani nd started jumping on the bed nd manvi got up bt was nt looking at me'so I looked around at others Ani was jumping on the bed holding Manvi's hand bt Ayush nd Alok gave me a look as if I have jus betrayed them..What?? I looked at manvi avoiding our awkwardness bt saw her looking as confused as him'.

I know u will be confused as to why im writing this letter to you..believe me evn iam bt I don't have anyother option bt to inform u'she has sweared on herself made me promise that I wont tell anything to her family or ur family abt her disease nd if I did she will run away from here nd wont undergo the treatment''' Virat im scared for her..her condition is not that good nd then going through all the treatments without families support is going to make it worse..nd then last week from her I came to know that she has a special place for u in her heart nd I have noticed that when i gave her the news abt her disease, she broke down she kept on saying ur name nd nw my only hope is u Virat'Only u can save Manvi from this condition..we don't have much time pls come back nd convinse her to confront abt her disease to her family bcoz she needs u nd her family nw!Come back soon Virat b4 Cancer eats ur Partner!

hospital is full of patients nd hurry burry due to the maharthi so many accidents bt none serious thank god! I saw a glimpse of her with the family that's all!

Im shifting to Mumbai or running away with her'..Viren made some lies to the family abt Manvi getting a scholarship nd job in Mumbai nw all three are on the way to Mumbai ..we will be staying in Vadhera cottage there'finally something better happnd in my life.

Manvi is weak, evn her blood count is so less, we both are trying to feed her as much as fruit ng veggies bt it seems she has given up..hw I wish i could do something nd bring that old cheerful Manvi back'whom I know nd loved bt this was jus a mere image of that girl!

Manvi's chemo session again gt postponed due to her weak state nd less blood count nd on the way back to home saw someone familiar nd had to hide! Bt don't think we will be able to do it for long nd Manvi has started to think she is burden for us nw..bt hw can I explain to her that she is a blessing for them who is saving them indirectly!

15^th May 2008

We have gonne out for a dinner or Manvi forced me..nd I enjoyed spending time with her in Mumbai beach that long walk holding her hand'it seems like ages we have done this..hw I missed my girl bt all in all a good day for me bt I wish I can say the samefor Manvi!

What I have scared the most has happnd..chemo has started taking their toll on Manvi's health nd I have seen her no. of times struggling in pain nd sleepless night nd nw she has given up'nd she looked as if she has started counting her days nd it pained me to see her like this nd I called Viren to see if he can visit us bt it seems Jeevika is due this week or next so I dint tell him her condition exactly bt he gave me news abt Sighting Virat somewhere in Mumbai bt I dint inform Manvi bcoz I knw she will become more sad nd depressed nd I cant let that happn nw!..Got a call from Guruji from Hrishikesh saying that we are no more safe in Mumbai bt I cant leave Manvi here for my selfish reason!

21^st June 2008

3^rd chemo's effect has already started 'Manvi was loosing her hair nd her body was weakening nd she has given up ..we try on a regular basis to boost her energy saying abt baby,Mumbai, Jeevika bt nothing seems to have an effect on her'.hw I wish I could jus take away all her pain from her bt yesterday after long time she talked to me in her weak voice at first I dint evn identify her voice bt then hw I wished she hasn't talked to me'it still give goosebumbs to me to hear it from a girl who loved her life more than anything..'Pls kill me Dr Manan'!

3^rd July 2008

I was coming back from hospital nd I saw known face im nt sure bt it can be him 'Virat'!Whatever I tried to do was having no effect on Manvi nd she has lost her hair completely I have seen her crying fr her bt im helpless as a dr, as a friend nd as a husband!

As usual I was talking to Manvi or was trying to get any movement from her almost paralysed body that I saw her eyes suddenly there was that old glint back, her eyes was on me ..she looked straight at me with hope bt Ganga maiyya ki kasam he dint remember what he said that made a small part of Manvi Chaudry back , I tried bt nothing my mind was acting gay!nd then failed I was abt to go from her room when there was a cold touch nd I turned to see her fragile finger holding my hand nd she was mumbling something bt couldn't make out what?? Went near to her nd Heard' Virat''

Manvi was back or almost a form of her was back with jus a news of seeing Virat in Mumbai'till nw I dint realize the effect Virat had on her nd for some reason I couldn't help bt hate him for not being with her!bt nw Manvi has started walking we took her out on a beach walk all three of us were happy!

Nw I can finally say im happy may be nt completely bt still I was ..seeing the almost dead girl singing nd dancing nd giving sweets to almost all the patients in the hospital..laughing with nurses giving them good news abt her Di's delivery nd describing her unseen babies to everyone!nw I was sure that Manvi chaudry will be back!

Viren visited us today nd he almost caught us bt then Manvi as usual to the rescue'Viren was happy to see Manvi all cheery bt he was shocked to see her in a bandana nd this weak condition nd asked me abt her later nd I told him all the details nd our new hope!

Manvi's 4^th chemo session was miraculously successful nd Dr bakshi said that after two more therapies May be they can stop her chemos nd with operation remove the dead blood cells'so I was right Manvi's chance of cure is high nw nd I was happy '

Hw can I assure her that everything will be fine when I myself no that its only matter of time b4 they caught us'nw I feel terrible that I have bought her into all these mess!God help me!

5^th chemo session over,her body look more weak bt she has gained her lost confidence nd her wish to live..nw most of her time is spended tending to her nd I cant help bt smile at these two sisters!

Today was the day nd I was scared bt then Manvi was there by my side holding my hand giving me all the false promises I coulnt help bt laugh at her words bt then That was Manvi Chaudry effect! She was more confident than me nd said that nothing will happn to our Baby!

Manvi 's last chemo was over nw she was on medication nd after 10days she was to go thru all the check ups again nd then operation nd she will be back to life'.new member to our family is happy nd more than anyone Manvi was happy nd she get along well with him nd she told her all the fake stories of Jeevika's baby to him!i once evn heard her talking abt Chep to him!

25^th Sept 2008

Manvi's operation was due today Viren was there nd we hided everything from him bt im sure he knows we were hiding something bt he dint dig on it'Manvi was confident and that gave us all some courage nd while going to OT she holded my hand nd whispered to me that 'if something happns to me tell Di nd Virat hw much I love them'she smiled with tears in her eyes nd asked Will you??it pained me to see her like this bt I dint give her any false promise of nothing will happn to her nd jus nodded my head!

Manvi was back to being healthy or she has gained a bit weight nd her hair was growing back nd she always made jokes abt hw she nd Ayush has same amt of hair'.i realy wanted to salute her then nd there'.On the other hand she was getting weaker due to the complications in the pregnancy nd bleeding!

They found us nw we are staying in cottage provided by my hospital a small one'..i asked Manvi to go back bt she refused to leave us like this'nd I know something wrong is gonne happn today bt what?
