Firstly this was a very disjointed and again weirdly edited episode.

Rishi saved Payal as we guessed it.

So he helped Payal escape on night of rape too.

Well small mercy. He should never have kept company like Shaurya at all. Being bullied by him is no excuse to stick around him and keep mum on his misdeeds.

I hope they don't make Payal marry Rishi!

Shaurya pretended they had Payal.He was eavesdropping on Dev and Durga convo.

Durga did not notice but Dev noticed his shadow.

What a turnaround! Writer made Durga dumb to prop up Dev!

Only Dev suspects Shaurya can walk.

He believed Sakshi had hand in this thanks to Durga's talks.

He was as usual going to rush in but thankfully Durga stopped him.

No Sakshi or Rajnath today.

Shaurya hatched a plan to draw Dev to him and kill him. Tarun is partner in this.

Karan was missing.

Dev rushed thinking to be saviour. Shaurya shot but it hit Durga on the head.

Apna magic locket Durga ko bhi de do Dev! Always attacks meant for you hurt others.

Payal can now speak well and was commending Rishi for saving her. Sorry but she seemed too well and not scared at all.

Why she only talks of Nitya or Durga? Why never a word on parents?

Durga's cries didn't move me at all. Sorry. She was careless with security of Payal. She cannot blame others or shout threats in air.

Show is very botched up. Rather getting jerkier towards the end. Not done.

Shaurya's recklessness will close Goenka chapter. And they are such fools they do not even stop him!

suddenly dev is using his brains on the right path and durga doesn't even think that shaurya can walk😕

anyway so rishi didn't rape payal but that doesn't reduce his crime. he entered that room for rape only and it was only after seeing payal that he has a change of heart. moreover he is an accomplice to the convicts in this crime so he does deserve punishment but i don't trust the cv's. i won't be surprised if they even pair payal with him🤢

so mukherjee can feel the change in air and told shaurya directly and politely that he can't help him now. i hope he gets his punishment soon.

so shaurya is all set to put his plan in action but durga has arrived to save him and may be even got shot. this wasn't needed i feel.

I bet they did it to make Dev an aggressive action hero and saviour!

Rishi indeed was involved in bet and drunk. He has entered with intention to rape only but somehow got rattled seeing ravaged Payal.

Just because he let her go after others had raped her it doesn't mean he should be excused!

He remained silent in trial and aftermath when Payal's family was being eliminated.

He still didn't leave Shaurya and Karan's company and was involved in bets.

He remained silent despite knowing Shaurya tried to kill Dev twice.

Main darr gaya tha is no excuse.

Why didn't he leave Shaurya's friendship after that incident?

If they pair Payal with him then it will be like bheekh to Payal. No one else for her so make her marry the man who was supposed to rape her but didn't!

Whole message of EHT is fail then.

I am one of the few who strongly believed and stick to the opinion that Rishi isn't the rapist all through the show and that he helped her to escape away from that place that night. Because it is built in that way. Finally my assumption became right. I always knew that Rishi is the odd one of the four due to the clues given to us.

Rishi always tried to stop the destruction caused by Shaurya and the other two like shooting Dev.
But he is non-heroic and fearful person to stop them all and even to move away out of their friendship. Perhaps, he also belongs to the rich clan like these three, made friends with them may be in college only to find out how disgusting these three people are. By the time he realized and decided to break the friendship with them, he would have understood that it isn't safe for him to go away from them esp. Shaurya because he may end up thinking Rishi out of guilt confesses the truth in the court and gets them all punished. Then Shaurya definitely kills Rishi, as we know he has no such thing called humanity or values for bonds. He can kill anyone be it his friends or even parents, if they go against him. This is the most possible reason for Rishi unable to break the ties away with Shaurya or confess the truth against him in the court.

When Tina said that a love track starts for her character, i immediately felt it's with Rishi and since just like many tracks they eliminated this one too, i started feeling that they might have backed off showing Rishi as innocent and got a shock when they showed Rishi trying to kidnap Payal by coming to the hospital and watching her through the window. But it all for misleading us. At first, i didn't liked the possibility of him being the innocent, but it is good to know that it isn't 4 but 3, but still damage is a damage.

They changed the actor portraying Rishi once and Tarun twice if i'm n't wrong. That FB scene was reshot with the new actor.
The actor who is playing Rishi currently once did a prominent role in Qubool Hai. He couldn't easily accept the one in many role. This is one of the factors that made me think he isn't the rapist but the helper. He is indeed a good actor but they could not give him the screen space as much as they promised to him. Tina is also very fine actress who played the victim's trauma conditions, fear, her treatment days, recovering and all very well. She literally made us feel her pain. She deserved a better screen space atleast half of the screen spaces of Sakshi and Durga. After all this battle is all about her. It would have been more better if they had showed her recovering days with the doctor instead of many filler tracks. I hope Tina gets great roles in future.
