even i think that also generaly key stayes with owner they never give out key to anybody i have never seen single case of such thing,he might give letter to his vakil to instruct to durga if in any case he dies what she should do but cv shows to us how pathetic bank and laws are anyone can open anyone's locker without signature it is big procedure after the death of person to hand over to leagal heir everything no bank maneger will go to persons home to hand over key and will ask some one beautiful just pathetic what this cv are thinking of themselves?I've yet to meet a bank manager who will just hand over someone's locker key to someone else - especially when it's a premium account of someone who gave specific instructions as to who the key should go to. Sorry cvs, I don't buy that big bloop - no matter how beautiful the bank manager thinks Sakshi is, just handing the key over like that was a total FAIL!
