I know. Quite a cliche'd title for the final chapter.š
But I am supremely happy. This episode was everything they had promised.
I wouldn't be able to do justice to an epi like this. Today Team EDKV made me feel so proud again, I feel I should just shut up and let them do all the talking.š
I mean..What's there to say! Can a chapter be closed so perfectly? (Mind you, I said a chapter- not the entire bookš.)
Where to start...where to start!š
Sumo is back at PCT. She has promised herself she'd build up her life brick by brick and hard worker that she is, she would not waste any more time. It is enough that she waited for Shravan every single day of the past ten years.
When Shravan appears at her doorstep, she finds herself slipping back to her old bad habit...he was here..if only she could...But NO.
It was time for some hard truths for herself. This would only hurt her further. Out comes the attitude- I don't want to be disturbed during work. Poor Shravan stayed out in the hot sun the whole day! (I hope Preetha gave him some water and food. š) Such a beautiful aerial shot of Shravan wincing under the sun... wished he had a fb of her waiting for him similarlyš..OK, cliche'd, but still...
When she comes out, he approaches her again- Shravan is so damned cute when he is repentant- but she moves on. (Reminder to self: Must ask Sony where they found such a rusty old ambassador! š)
The duo move to Tiwari Killa. The house is in full quorum today- minus the ever absent member Anuj of course. Even Daboo is there, playing a game. PERFECT! š
He manages to get her to open the door and then looks for some support from her family. They egg him on.
When the door closes...UFF..I am swept off my feet. Teen Shraman...All the best things in one epi!!! I mean...I am feeling honoured by now. This is so sweet, guys. Thank You, Team EDKV!...
OK..Back to the show. My show! š³
Teen Shravan explains why he closed the door. He was here to apologise and his past experiences have taught him (š² What? He used to do things which needed apologising even back then! And he has been giving us only one sided fbs till date! š” Men, I tell you!)..
...that when you apologise to Sumo you keep the door shut- so the whole world doesn't know she is shouting at you. Aww...My teen Shraman! ā¤ļø

He has loved her from when they were small...
What took him so long???
As a child, he had been too shy, and as he grew up his life got complicated...
He would pay for each of the times he hurt her..he couldn't promise there wouldn't be times when he didn't understand her (honest- I love that!)..but he would make up for everything. He would! Just give him a second chance.
Suman confesses too. She loved him too..waited for him to come back every single day of those ten years...she almost gives in...and then retracts.
The ugly fights would return...he would hurt her again...because he has still not made peace with what hurt him long back...
Why bring in his mother?! I had asked myself yesterday. Didn't make sense except for the fact that his head had been so full of her, he had forgotten to get back to his mom.
It made sense today. He wanted her and only her. And when she insists that he needed his mother to complete him, how to disagree! He needed to flush out all that hatred, fill up a well of love inside him, so he could handle the little evil things she was going to continue doing to him.š She was not promising to be an angel! š
A dejected Shravan back in his house.
Loved Nirmala today.š She wouldn't let him mouth an apology. (Thank God! Not that I have a problem with Nimmo- she has been redeemed for me long back- but I am not in a mood for non- Shraman drama). She also has the maturity to remind Ramnath they wouldn't talk of unpleasant things anymore- she got ALL THAT SHE WANTED- her child back! (Very significant. Nothing said about Ramnath- I am happy about that!)
She celebrates with the sweets..but for Shravan...Sumo ka Shravan...Reconciling with his mom is nothing when Sumo is not beside him! (Can this guy get any sweeter?!)
Pushkar throws a hint and he cannot believe his ears. He rushes to the room...Where Sumo is already waiting for him.
Hello, I am Suman Tiwari log mujhe pyar se Sumo bulaate hain...she goes on to list her demands on the room.
He interrupts her.
Hi, I am Shravan. Log mujhe pyar se...Jisne pyar kiya usne koi naam bhi nahi diya!š (Aww...Is that another shikayat? š aap ko shayad pata nahi, lekin humein pata hai...woh aapko pyar se akdu bulati hai!š)

My favourite show ended today...But it ended so well and I am so happy...aaj toh Sonywaalon se bhi shikayat nahi!
In fact, I am so happy I want to thank Sony for airing EDKV!
And...No goodbye to EDKV because it has become a part of me! Thank U, guys...I really cannot stop thanking the team for this treat! š
