Shraman Two Shot (TS)- PAIN- note on page 2, last part- pg 3 - Page 2

Note- Hi Guys! A big thank you for such a warm welcome and an even bigger thank you for the response. I really did not expect that you'll will give so many likes and comments to a new and inexperienced writer's story. I am still in the process of writing the 2^nd part and now I am scared how it will turn out. I am not used to pm and all but I will try learning it and doing it for all you sweet and encouraging people out there. I will post the 2^nd part by today itself because kal se toh office hai, weekends par I am free so I can do this. Also, I have another thought in mind for a Shraman story which is not related to the show's track, haven't penned it down yet, it's still in my head. If I manage to write it down in a decent way, I will post it.

Part 2

A little before sunrise, Sumo stirred in her sleep. Shravan at once opened his eyes to check whether she was ok. To his relief, she was sleeping soundly and had just moved even closer to him. He smiled and kept looking at her lovingly. After some time, Sumo woke up and registered her surroundings. She was half sitting half lying in Shravan's lap, yet was very comfortable inspite of the position, his arms were wrapped protectively around her, his blazer was covering her and she was clutching his shirt tightly in her fist. But the most beautiful sight was Shravan staring at her lovingly with a smile. He said "Good morning Sumo!" And she beamed; she wanted all her mornings to be like this. He asked, "Slept properly? How are u feeling now?" She replied, "Good morning! I am much better, but Shravan, tumne puri raat aise baithkar guzar di? I am so sorry." Shravan kept his finger on her lips and said, "Sshh, kabhi toh sabko chodkar apni fikar kar liya karo. Aur mai thik hu, mai soya tha raat ko, bohot achchi nind aayi thi (with a wink), tumhare uthne se thodi hi der pehle utha hu."

They had an eyelock and Sumo suddenly remembered that she cannot be here, she has promised Ramnath Uncle that she will stay away from Shravan and has agreed to her marriage with Adi. She broke the eyelock and hastily got up and ran away saying thank you to Shravan for everything. Shravan sat der confused but determined that he will find out the truth. His lawyer mind had started working at full speed. Sumo entered her house and to her relief, it was still very early in the morning and everyone was still asleep.

Later in the day, Nirmala and Adi came to Tiwari Killa with the shagun. Nanaji had invited them and then gave everyone the good news. Adi knew Tiwaris had spent a lot for Preeti's wedding and so he said, Nanaji, mujhe bohot hi simple wedding chahiye. Mujhe Suman mil gai, ab wedding functions and all don't matter. Nanaji smiled and said khush raho tum dono and then he along with Nirmala went to his room to discuss the wedding stuff. Everyone was very happy. But Sumo was very quiet and no one understood her silence. Everyone thought that she is being shy. Mamaji and Mausaji were teasing Adi and Sumo. Mamaji became emotional & said, "Adi beta, ab tumhari Suman se shadi fix ho gai hai, mai request kar raha hu k plz ise hamesha khush rakhna, iska khayal rakhna." Shravan on the other hand stood transfixed to the door of Tiwari Qilla, he had just entered & heard Mamaji's words. Rachna Masi noticed him and dragged him inside. Mamiji said, "Are Shravan Beta, lo muh meetha karo, tumhari best friend ki khushi me shaamil nai hoge tum?" Shravan looked at Sumo, she was trying to hide her tears. She just went away from der. She could tolerate her pain some how but she won't be able to see Shravan breaking. Adi however noticed everything.

Sumo was in her room alone and crying in a corner sitting on the floor. Shravan came there and sat down next to her. He asked her directly, "Toh ye thi tumhari wajah? Isliye avoid kar rahi thi mujhe? Is liye itne pain me thi tum? Mujhse kaha q nai Sumo? Aur saaf dikh raha hai k tum ye shadi nai karna chahti, toh aakhir q kar rahi ho?" He screamed in exasperation, "Aakhir q? Aisi kaunsi majburi hai tumhari? Kya kehna chahti thi tum kal mujhse? Bolo Sumo, ek baar bhi mere bare me nai socha is shadi k liye haan bolne se pehle?" He was in tears by now and Sumo was crying too.

Sumo controlled herself, made a strong resolve and told him in a very cold icy tone "Kisne kaha k mai ye shadi nai karna chahti? Adi meri pasand hai, maine khushi se haan kaha hai, aur kal jis majburi aur sacrifice ki baat kar rahi thi mai wo ye thi k Adi shadi k baad mujhe apne sath Australia lekar jana chahta hai. Uska business wahan hai. Hum wahan settle honge. Mujhe N anaji aur PCT ko chodkar nai jana tha, isliye upset thi mai. But maine ab khudko samjha liya hai aur mai bohot khush hu. Aur rahi baat tumhari, toh hum sirf dost hain, tumhare bare me mai q sochti shadi ka faisla lene se pehle? Life moves on, dost hamesha toh sath nai rehte na? I am just being practical Shravan, plz tum bhi thodi practicality dikha do instead of reacting like an immature kid."

Shravan couldn't believe what he had just heard. His hands fell from her shoulders. His dreams were shattered. He couldn't believe that his love was just one sided. He was broken completely, he told Sumo, "All the best for your future and I wish u guys a happy life together." Saying so and wiping his tears, he left her room and on his way out, bumped into Adi who was engrossed in his phone. Adi tried stopping him but he just left from there without saying anything.

Sumo couldn't control herself anymore and cried her heart out after Shravan left. She said, "Kaise batau mai tumhe Shravan k mai tumhare alawa kisi aur se pyar karne ki soch bhi nai sakti. Mujhe khud nai pata k mere andar itni himmat kahan se aayi jo maine tumse abhi wo sab kaha, par zaruri tha Shravan, zaruri tha..."

Adi entered her room in a cheerful mood and called out to her. She quickly wiped her tears and faced him. Adi said, "Hey my gorgeous fianc, lunch par chalogi mere sath?" Before Sumo could answer, Mamiji and Mausiji stepped in and said, "Haan haan, jao Sumo, quality time spend karo ek dusre ke sath." Adi smiled and Sumo reluctantly got ready and left with him.

Adi and Sumo entered a 5 star restaurant. They were escorted to a table, Adi like a perfect gentleman pulled the chair for Sumo and then sat down himself. He placed orders for both of them as Sumo was too lost to even bother. He suddenly held her hand and Sumo closed her eyes thinking now she will have to get used to this, she thought he was being romantic but what he said next shocked Sumo.

"Suman, I am sorry but I can't marry you."

Sumo was speechless. Before she could open her mouth, Adi said, "Suman, I love you but mujhe pata hai k tum mujhse nai Shravan se pyar karti ho. Aise surprise hokar mat dekho, mai koi antaryami nai hu, mai tumhare room k bahar tha, maine tum dono ki baatein sun li thi. Wo bhi suna jo tumne Shravan se kaha aur wo bhi suna jo tum rote rote khud se keh rahi thi Shravan ke jane ke baad. Dekho Suman, mujhe reason nai pata k tum aisa q kar rahi ho, but mai jaanna chahta hu. I know tum Shravan ko nai bata sakti coz it is sumthin definitely related to him but plz mujhe batao, friend hu tumhara, us naate hi plz bata do"

Sumo got all emotional. Someone was trying to understand her, was trying to make an effort for her. She couldn't hold it in herself anymore and blurted out everything. She told him that Shravan is actually his mom's real son and what Ramnath had done in the past wid Nirmala Aunty and now again what he is doing coz he feels that she is like Nirmala and so not right for his son. She also told him about how he had blackmailed her regarding Preekar's marriage. Adi was furious for what Ramnath had done to his Mom and now again he was playing with his son's life just coz of his stupid misconception about women. But he knew that anger is not the solution, he will have to think wisely. He consoled Sumo and promised her that he will make things alright. He made her eat something forcibly and then both of them left from the restaurant.

Meanwhile, the news of Adi-Suman's marriage had reached the Malhotra house. Ramnath was smirking, Kamini-Vandy were unhappy that their plan had failed and Preekar were shocked coz dey knew how much Shraman loved each other but had just not confessed.

On the other hand, Shravan was driving like a maniac. Sumo's words were ringing in his head again and again. She did not love him. Everything was a lie. His dad was right. All women are the same. Even Sumo is like his mom who left him and went away with someone else. He was not in his senses. He was driving very rashly and as a result lost control and collided with a tree and lost consciousness.

Luckily Adi and Suman were passing from the same way and stopped their car on seeing the commotion. They made their way and reached the accident spot. Suman screamed "Shravan!!" and ran towards him. Adi with the help of Sumo got Shravan out, took him to the hospital in his car. Sumo was inconsolable. Adi made her sit and offered her water but she refused. Sumo was crying a lot, Adi was trying to console her but no use. After sometime, the doctor came out and informed them that Shravan has sustained only minor injuries, it's nothing serious and he will gain consciousness shortly. Adi thanked d doc and dey went inside to see Shravan. Sumo sat next to him caressing his hair. The nurse asked Adi to get some meds, he had gone out for that and Shravan gained consciousness. Sumo was so happy to see him wake up. She held his hand and said, "Thank God Shravan, tum thik ho, meri toh jaan hi nikal gai thi, dhyan se nai chala sakte the car?" Shravan was mad at her and jerked her hand away and said, "Door raho mujhse tum. Tum sab ek jaisi ho. Us Nirmala Ahuja ne mujhe aur mere papa ko chodkar kisi aur se shadi kar li aur ab tum bhi us Adi se shadi kar rahi ho. Tum bilkul us aurat ki tarah khudgarz aur besharam ho" Adi had just reached the door of Shravan's hospital room and heard everything. Sumo tried going near Shravan to explain, she said, "Shravan ek baar meri baat sun lo..." but Shravan pushed her, she was about to fall but Adi held her. He made her stand properly and went to Shravan and held his collar, "How dare you talk to my fianc like dat? If u were not in this hospital bed, I would have punched u not once but twice and broken your nose. 1^st for speaking about my mom like dat and 2^nd for speaking to Suman like dat." Shravan was about to hit him but he was stunned listening to the words "My Mom". Adi said, "Yes I am Aditya Ahuja, adopted son of the very woman that u were just talking nonsense about. And yes, I am adopted coz ur mom never married my dad. She just took care of us and our dad's business after his demise. She is my mother and I consider her next to God. I am so lucky to have found her but u r so unlucky that she had to leave u. Yes, she had to leave u, she was forced to. U will soon know why."

Sumo tried stopping Adi but he was mad with rage. No one had seen this side of him till now. Shravan had many questions but Adi did not let him speak. "The doc has told u r fit to go home and so we r taking u home and don't u dare say a word against it coz d doc has strictly warned dat u r under d influence of meds and u can't drive, chupchap chalo, coz if u drive and again bang ur car sumwer, I can't c my mom and my fianc in anymore pain, they have suffered enough." Sumo was actually surprised that Shravan was obeying sumone dat too Adi.

Meanwhile in Malhotra house, Kamini was mad with anger when Ramnath proudly boasted in front of her that, "See, how I threw that Suman out of my son's life permanently". Kamini was furious and went to his room and she said, "Bhaisahab, shadi abhi hui nai hai Adi aur Suman ki, aap dekh lena, ye toh mai hone nai dungi. Aapne mere bte ki shadi ek middle class ladki se karwayi na apne swarth k liye, ab aap dekhna, Suman aur Shravan ki shadi toh mai karwakar rahungi, sab bata dungi mai Shravan puttar ko." Ramnath shouted on top of his voice, "Oh Shut up Kamini, kya kar logi tum? Kya kar paayi thi Nirmala itne saalon pehle aur kya kar paayi wo Suman ab? Tumhe kya lagta hai k mera beta mujhe chodkar tum par vishwaas karega? Jo mai chahta hu wo karke rehta hu. Wo Nirmala sahi ma nai thi mere bte k liye isliye door kar diya maine usko apne bte se, aur itna zeher bhar diya uske dil me uski ma k khilaf k wo nafrat karta h usse, ma bhi nai kehkar bulata h wo, naam leta hai Nirmala ka aur naam bhi kya? Nirmala Ahuja! Hahaha, jo k wo hai bhi nai, usne kabhi shadi ki hi nai us Ahuja se, bas uska business aur uske bachchon ko sambhalti hai."

Kamini was shocked to the core, "Bhaisahab! Aap jante the? Phir bhi aapne Shravan aur hum sabse jhoot kaha?"

Ramnath roared, "Haan, qki mera beta sirf mera hai. Nai chahta mai k koi self respect ka gyan baantne wali ya independent aurat uske aas paas bhi rahe. Pehle wo Nirmala aur ab ye Suman. Par Suman ko raaste se hatana bohot aasaan tha, uski kamzori, uski behen Preeti ki khushiyan jo thi mere haathon me. Hahaha, bas blackmail kiya aur Suman ne promise kar diya mujhe k wo Shravan se kabhi nai kahegi k wo usse kitna pyar karti hai aur toh aur, Adi se shadi k liye bhi haan kar di usne, wo meri dusri aur aakhri chaal thi, usko haan karne k liye blackmail kiya maine."

Ramnath and Kamini were surprised to hear clapping sounds and were shocked to see everyone standing at the door. Adi, Shravan, Suman, Lalaji, Varun-Vandy and Preekar. Adi was clapping, Sumo and Preeti were crying and Shravan was showing expressions of shock, grief and anger all at once. Everyone was stunned after listening to Ramnath's evil deeds. Preeti was the 1^st one to react, "Di, aapne meri aur Pushkar ki khushiyon k liye apni khushiyan kurbaan kar di? Q di?" Pushkar said, "Sumo, ek baar kisi se kuch toh kehti, tujhe kya laga tha k mai Preeti ka sath chod dunga?" Sumo just left from there crying. Shravan came out of his shock when Adi went to Ramnath and said, "Aap mujhse bade hain, aur meri ma ne mujhe itne sanskaar diye hain k badon ki izzat kaise ki jati hai warna abhi mai aapka kya haal karta ye mai bata nai sakta. Aapse toh aapka beta hi baat karega ab."

Shravan- "Aapko papa kehte hue bhi sharam aa rahi hai mujhe. Are kis tarah k baap hain aap? Mai koi property nai hu jisko haasil kar rahe the aap. Insan hu mai, feelings hain mujhme. Ma galat nai thi, wo independent thi, un me self respect thi, wo meri parvarish bohot achche se kar sakti thi but aapne apne shaq k wajah se unko mujhse door kar diya, mujhse mera bachpan cheen liya, meri ma cheen li aur aaj wapas aap mujhse meri khushiyan cheenne wale the Sumo ko mujhse door karke, almost kar hi chuke the agar abhi mai khud ye sab nai sunta toh aapke muh se." Shravan was crying now. Pushkar held him.

"Par ab mai aisa nai hone dunga, mai apni Ma aur apni Sumo ko apni life me wapas laakar rahunga. Un dono ko unka haq dilwakar rahunga. Apni khushiyan wapas lakar rahunga. Wo dono galat nai hain, selfish nai hain, selfish hoti agar meri ma toh mere behtar future k bare me nai sochti, mujhe aapke paas nai chodti, mujhe dukh dard se door rakhne k liye she left me. Agar Sumo selfish hoti toh Preeti aur Pushkar k liye itna bada sacrifice nai karti wo. Fakr hai mujhe un dono par. Are selfish toh aap hain. Aapse bada khudgarz insan aaj tak nai dekha maine."

Ramnath begged for forgiveness but Shravan was adamant, he said, "Aaj se samajhiye k aapka beta Shravan mar gaya aapke liye!" Ramnath couldn't take this and left the house. No one stopped him either.

Shravan turned to Adi and thanked him for opening his eyes. But he added, "Ab hum dost hain iska matlab ye nai k mai tumhe Sumo se shadi karne dunga, wo meri hai!" Adi laughed, hugged him and said, "Hum dost nai, bhai hain ab. Aur Suman tumhari hi hai, maine aaj lunch par hi keh diya tha use k mai usse shadi nai kar raha. Jao jakar apna bana lo use and apni ma ko bhi, barso tarsi hain wo tumhare liye, maine dekha hai." Shravan nodded and left with Adi for Tiwari Killa.

Adi and Shravan entered Tiwari Killa and Nirmala was shocked to see them together. Adi told everyone everything. It was a very emotional reunion of Shravan and Nirmala. Shravan was very guilty and kept on apologizing. He couldn't stop crying; he let down his guard and cried like a baby in his mother's lap. Sumo witnessed everything from upstairs and was teary eyed. Adi saw her and winked at her. She gave him a smile and mouthed a thank you to him. She then left for the terrace.

Nirmala hugged Adi as well and praised him for his sacrifice. Adi said, "Koi baat nai ma, maine jo kuch kiya hai wo 2 pyar karne walon k liye kiya hai, mujhe punya k roop me Suman se bhi better ladki mil jaygi." Nirmala and everyone laughed and Shravan cheekily said, "Meri Sumo se better? Mushkil hai!" Adi said, "Oye, tune abhi tak uske saamne apne pyar ka izhar kiya nai hai, mujhe chidha mat warna mai kar lunga shadi usse!" Shravan ran to catch him and the sight of 2 bros having fun made everyone emotional.

Shravan knew where Sumo would be if not in her room. He went to the terrace and there she was gazing at the stars. Shravan went behind her and whispered, "Sumo". Sumo closed her eyes on feeling him so near to her, on feeling his breath on her neck. Shravan turned her around and she still didn't open her eyes. Shravan took her hand in his and said, "Sumo, plz apni aankhen kholo, tumse jo kehna hai, wo mai tumhari aankhon me dekhkar kehna chahta hu, plz open ur eyes for me." Sumo obeyed and opened her eyes, they were filled with tears. Shravan wiped them wid his free hand and then said, "Bas Sumo, bohot ro liya humne, bohot dard seh liya, ab aur nahi. Ab sab sahi ho gaya hai, bas ek kami hai, tumhari. Meri life ko perfect kar do plz. Bachpan se chaha hai tumhe, jabse pyar ka matlab jana hai, tabse sirf tumse pyar kiya hai ya shayad usse bhi pehle se. I love you Sumo. I love you more than my life, more than anything else in this entire universe. I want to sleep wid u in my arms every night, want to wake up next to you every morning, I want to lead a beautiful life wid u, want to grow old wid u, plz mera ye sapna sach kar do, Plz marry me Sumo!"

Sumo was overwhelmed, she couldn't speak but still she tried coz she desperately wanted to confess her love since forever. She kissed him on his cheek and said, "It has always been my dream Shravan to tell u how much I love u, I realized dat I love u when u were away in London and my love has grown for u every single day since then. I m deeply, madly, completely in love wid u my Qutub Minar and yes, I will marry you. I want our lives to be filled wid all the happiness in the world and I m confident that no one but only you can give me such a beautiful life. I can't wait to be yours forever."

Both of them were crying with joy, tears of happiness. Shravan hugged her and kissed her hair. He held her face in his hands and asked for her permission thru his eyes, she just blushed and Shravan got the answer. He gently kissed her lips which slowly turned into a passionate one signifying the union of 2 souls lost in love.

Shraman had a grand wedding soon and Nirmala shifted wid Adi and his sister to Delhi. She continued staying wid them but met Shraman almost every day. They stayed like a happy family. Nirmala had a big heart, she asked Shravan to forgive his dad and get him back home but she could not forgive her husband. Shraman obeyed his mom and was cordial with his dad but their relation was not the same as before. He however, was content with his life and was very happy. Sumo got her love and was in sheer bliss. They lived happily ever after. 😊😊

Finally, done. A very long update, sorry for dat but I did not want to make it a three shot and keep u guys waiting. Do lemme know how was it, it really encourages me and makes me feel good. And yes, did u guys read the note on page 2? What say? 😊
