Every1 is forgetting that Shravan is a lawyer. 1 of the hazards is u see mostly the dark/greedy side of ppl. As a divorce lawyer esp practicing in the west mostly he w'd ve encountered only female sharks. So far he has not seen the changed Suman Version 2 who is mature, loyal & caring. I still haven't watched the episode yet, but I just have a question regarding the sequence of their childhood events. Did they show Sumo reading his letter? If she did, what was her reaction? Did they even show those scenes in any of the episodes?

0 years back...Same Sumo Same shravan...same situation same time.

Shravan asking her why she didn't contact him for 10 years really stuck with me. More than anything, Shravan's inflated sense of ego just cannot deal with rejection, that too from someone who he likes. Had she called him, tried to make amends..he might have returned or at the least forgiven her. But no she didn't. And that stings him till today. Note how he was simply giving her the silent treatment & being nonchalant in his attitude towards her when he first returned, but the moment she called him out for his ego, he couldn't deal with that feeling of being misunderstood, of being rejected by her again. And thus, he had to seek revenge for the past.

And Shravan's idea of revenge is letting Suman know that if she didn't want him 10 years ago, he doesn't want her now, that too when he has many options. Is Shravan wrong for thinking this way? Not really. 10 years have passed, things have changed & they have changed. And these changes has clearly created a disconnect between them even if they still share the same memories of the past. And thus, its very natural for Shravan to see himself as a commodity which Suman is running after today, especially after she rejected him in the past.

Today's episode couldn't be any more obvious in highlighting Shravan's low self-esteem. He truly has not changed in these 10 years. The difference is that he manages to cover it up with his branded clothes, fake smile & confident body language.

I am not sure how Suman is ever going to forgive him, & whether Shravan is going to apologise any time soon (I doubt he will apologise BTW) but one thing is clear - HE HAS NOT MOVED ON & HE CAN NEVER MOVE ON.

@bold -even i could not understand that part. he said that to her silently with so much anger at the same time some kind of sorrow

and i totally agree with whatever you said. my heart cried today for suman but i dont blame shravan either

Didn't he leave in anger when she tried to talk to him? He has no right to complain about how she didn't contact him for 10 years. Did he try to contact her? No.

Whatever the situation or no matter how much disconnect they have, no one has a right to humiliate a person in PUBLIC. Suman never humiliated Shravan in public.. she used to ignore him, not talk to him but never said infront of other kids to be away from her. She used to say this to him when they were alone to not call her in school.

The 2 years that he was in school with her, he always made a move first even though she stepped all over him & his feelings. When the realisation hit him that she never cared, he left. Why should he contact her first then?

Because she tried to talk to him before he was leaving and he was the one who left in anger. Why should she contact him then? At some point you have to let things go, if you expect other person to contact you first they may not, then you have no right to complain if you don't initiate on your part too.
