I really hope it doesn't but it's earned my trust, love, and respect to have made me "an unconditional loyal". Also did I tell you yesteday I found out my DAD watches this show (Zozo told me to make a post on it, maybe later though).

The only other show he's really watched/liked was Jassi Jassi because he thought the show made some really valid points about the double standards of society and IPKKND because he thought Khushi's antics were funny 😆.

WORD on this show being so nuanced, layered & well thought out. You know many shows have some sort of flashback twist & they build it up as though its something great, but the actual twist is like phusss BUT this show.. the flashbacks, their back story - the way they're giving it to us in bits & pieces is not because they don't know where to go with it, but because they've thought it out well & want to give it to us at the right time. Like each flashback fitted so well with adult ShraMan and it was at the right time.

BUT very unexpectedly, he was like yeh dono bhi na..they should sit, sort it out. They are nice people..aise toh inka gussa inko le doobega & I was like ego le doobega daddy & he's like yes yes. Then he was like yeh bahut interesting story hai & I WAS LIKE WHOAAA

When it comes to hindi serials, my dad is not easy to please. He disliked IPK btw because he couldn't stand ArShi being lost in eyelocks in every freaking episode with the Rabba Ve that annoyed him to no end😆 I loved that show, though😳

Especially "Shravan's" part in the song.

Like the way the singer sang it and Shravan's character, like I FEEL it, I feel Shravan's hopeless love that he's harbored for years and STILL harbors despite his best efforts for Suman. Like the way the singer says "Chahta jisse tu raha" like as if he's saying, look dude you and I both know this, koi secret nahi hai.

And kahin teri khaamoshiyan jeet na jaaye pyaar se. We all love this line, what more can be said about it. It's like he's saying, "eventually that old Shravan who still loves Suman so damn much will make his way out because he's not gone, he's still there, locked deep and away in his heart. He'll find his way out though, pyaar jeet jayega khamoshiyan se, you'll see"
