From the very beginning of the story, the one thing they've both agreed upon even when they otherwise bickered was that their fathers are genuine friends who care for each other.....so that is all he meant when he said, "Hum toh sach jaante hain na".....he was saying ki the whole world is trying to claim that my father could do this but you know our dads were genuine friends, right? I don't see why him expecting just that much is being labeled such a blunder.

Sumo's thought process was shown in a very jumbled manner and frankly lacked conviction in justifying what she said. Even if she had heard a snippet about Devraj making the faulty vests, the extent to which she talked crap about Shravan, his dad, civilians in general was way overboard. She sounded like Daddu ka mouthpiece.

LOL yes it was baffling to see that why those words came out thats why somewhat apprehensive to see this behavior. She was easily influenced when Daadu mentioned about the faulty vest deal despite knowing from the post lockdown episodes that their fathers are great friends no matter how much big the difference was. Yeah, she was grieving over her father & its understandable to losing your parent but she and shravan knew of their great friendship and even made attempts to reunite em. He thought she will understand it because both of em have even tried their level best to reunite devraj & vijay & when they resumed the friendship during lunch time they were happy that their plan worked. He doesn't know that BB was responsible for burning the bridges so he will react accordingly to.

It would've been better to see her question about whether devraj was primarily responsible or not, maybe she wouldn't have bought up the army vs civilian debate back in yesterdays talk. Daadu be bola ki faulty vest deal wasn't sent than vijay wouldve been alive. So, I feel she's quick to jump to conclusions at times hence somewhat reckless.

I felt sumo was projecting a lot of her anger on herself towards shravan and his dad. To all the choices she has made since she met shravan leading her to losing her dad she blames herself but shravan was there and an easy target. It was bad enough your refuse to say goodbye to your father coz you planned to runaway with your boyfriend who he isnt approving of and even if the letter said he likes shravan he still called it an teenage puppy love basically and then your father dies tragically. On top the boys father is arrested for making faulty vests that caused your father die( again the whole thing is complicated its not like devraj shot him but the vest was suppose to protect the soldiers didnt) it was one thing after another piled on top of her shock. We dont know how one is suppose to react when we lose a parent like this and sumans reaction right or wrong was this. She blamed herself for sure but shravan just became her target coz he was there and he was connected to her choices that led her to this day and not saying goodbye and not listening to her father one last time.

Just watched the episode. Going by the reviews I had no expectations at all from the episode. 😆Probably the reason I liked it, i think they did pretty well. Considering the gravity of the situation and the short span of time in which everything unfolded , I was able to understand everbodys POV and felt everyone is right in their own way.

Will post my take later😆

She wasn't in any state of mind to ask rational questions....just like her Daddu, she passed a sweeping judgement on Devraj because it was easier that way.

My point is that Shravan was coming at all of this based on what he thought was understanding between them......that no matter what, both of them KNOW their fathers and KNOW their fathers ki friendship. But Suman basically showed that underneath all the talks of understanding etc, her prejudice against civilians was always lying dormant waiting for a catalyst to come to the fore again.

No one says such things out of the blue if they don't somewhere still believe it in some corner of their mind. That is what Sumo's harsh words show in this moment. I don't buy the argument that she only said it to push Shravan away.....she somewhere does believe in some of this stuff....the prejudice does exist and never totally went away even if she fell in love with a civilian boy.

Suman was pretty clear about the fact that she was angry with herself for choosing Shravan over her father.....but at the same time, she also demeaned Shravan by labeling him and his whole family as selfish, corrupt, traitorous people.

She developed convenient amnesia about the fact that every step of this relationship was defined on HER terms😆....SHE decided when she wanted to confess, Shravan conferred with her at every step before making any decision (including the running away bit)....but now somehow it's convenient for her to pretend that Shravan led her astray and away from her dad😆.

The tragedy is that Shravan believed her when she said that they are together all the way forever....but Suman completely pulled back when crisis hit and left him to fend for himself....even worse, she basically told him that he was ruining her life. She may have been angry with herself, but she's ripped Shravan apart even more with her words.

I think sumo was definitely not in any position to think rationally. Heart goes out to both of them. Poor sumo. She lost her dad. Her idol. And the last thing she will recall is that he didn't approve of her relationship with shravan and that while she was running away and rebeling , her dad was on a mission and died. She is so angry and upset....shravan could have maybe given her some space. But poor guy, even when his dad is in the police station he realized that sumos grief and loss is bigger and he wanted to be with her....

They are both correct in their POVs.

But it bothers me a little that they will show shravan as major and sumo as his junior....I wish they were both the same rank....they could still continue the story of them meeting for some mission and getting posted in the same place.

I'm guessing shravan joined the army because he wanted to establish that his dad and him are not "deshdrohi"

I love that the story is fast paced as it is now.but I wish we got more sumo-shravan moments before all this drama happened. Post leap, I hope they don't prolong tashan/angst to go on for too long also...I guess they will definitely use a lot of FBs to show us shravan-sumo moments post leap.

LOL I'm not sure why the difference in rank is an issue. It's pretty clear that the writers want to show a change in dynamic.

For the entire first half of the story, Sumo and her family have acted superior because of their Army background. So to balance the playing field, Shravan has to be shown at a higher rank in the Army now taaki Tiwaris ka ego thoda check mein aaye. If they were the same rank, there wouldn't be any conflict.

One can only hope the conflict is not shown in the way of typical TV shows and the refreshing vibe of Suman-Shravan is somehow kept intact post-leap. Let's see.

I understand people are upset with the words sumo used but I'm sure that if the roles were reversed shravan would've reacted the same way. Sumo's dad died. Before he left all he wanted was that sumo NOT be with shravan but focus on her goals. And then shravans dad gets blamed for the faulty vests which may have led to her dad dying. She's obviously not in any position to think rationally. how is she supposed to be calm and believe anything when her whole world has collapsed. All she can see is that before dying, she didn't even meet her dad and she disobeyed him and she will regret that forever.

Yes shravan was also suffering but just like he himself realized that if he was so upset because his dad was taken away for questioning, how would sumo be feeling. She lost her dad forever! And she was literally the apple of his eye. Her dad was the center of her universe until shravan came in her life....that's unimaginable.

Feel bad for shravan and his family but they I guess they wanted the bw movie treatment for the ML family so he loses everything and becomes a new version of himself lol

As for sumo obviously her lashing out was harsh but if it wasnt they wouldnt have broken up there lol it had to be bad lol and shravan wasnt gonna break up with the love of his life the day her dad died lol Sumo might accept her guilt but she still is in shock and a 17 yrs teenager who lashed out in the worse possible way. She said everything she could to make shravan hurt so he could feel the same pain even a little that she is feeling.

As for all her power in their relationship and love, no one forced shravan to follow her guidelines lol Also teens promising lifetime vows lol never trust those lol heck even adults profess these and few weeks later its over lol Yeah i know they are soulmates etc but their love was just to naive and fragile that obviously such a tragedy could crash and burn it.
