Conclusion after 4 episode: Vyom doesn't look like suspicious at all to me. Amnesia saw ghost face and she shouted, so definitely she wasn't in love with that guy or he used to scare her before too when he was alive.

Amnesia seems suspicious as well.

I don't think she is acting, because Ghost can read her Mind.. They have supernatural power..
