Amnesia girl doesn't even want to acknowledge Vyom's help, even gets irritated when her parents tells her. Hmm That's no ok behavior from any human being.

I see ghost around her or distracting her whenever she thinks abt him or when he was narrating their story ...was shiv trying to clouding her mind, feelings

She definitely looked hypnotized. I don't think she even lost her memory, she is acting, at least it looks to me. May be she knows about ghost presence, saving Vyom or something else. But she definitely doesn't look like with lost memory. She don't even wanna know about lost 3 years.
