Prince Aditya was with Princess Meethi for the whole day assuring her that he was always there for her.
Vampire Nandini was again out on her search for Tara as Witch Kalavati had again threatened her.
"If this time you fail, I will surely rip your heart out."
Along with Tara, she was also searching for the prince to take revenge of her insult. This time she was more furious than ever but was taking precautions not to be caught by anyone.
On arriving home, Aradhana was wondering what had happened to Tara that she was smiling so much. Tara was feeling reborn after getting blessings from Guruji.
On seeing Aradhana home, she ran to hug her. Seeing Aradhana a little sad, she asked.
"What happened mom? Is everything fine at the palace?"
"The Queen wants you there as Princess Meethi is ill and needs a friend to talk to."
"Mom tomorrow I will go to the palace and see how I can help the princess."
At the palace, the Queen was standing near the window watching the bloodline tree glowing.
"I hope the time for his return comes soon."
When she heard the King come inside the chamber, she closed the window.
Seeing Nirmala worried, he thought,
"She must be worried for Aditya."
And he asked, "Are you worried for the prince?"
"Yes my lord. I am." she replied, thinking about Mrityunjay.
Although they were talking about their prince, each of them meant the other prince.
Next day Tara left with Aradhana for the palace. Tara went directly to Princess Meethi.
"I heard my princess is ill." she said coming in her chamber.
"Tara." she exclaimed with joy.
"So what happened to my princess?"
"Nothing Tara. I am just worried about the prince. He is again ready to leave for the forest "she said in a worried voice.
"I fear that vampire will again attack him. So I don't want him to leave the palace."
"Your worries for the prince is obvious my princess but seeing the alarming condition rising in the country, he needs to find her and end the terror."
Meethi was listening to her.
She continued, "Princess our prince is capable enough to capture her and bring peace back to the country. You don't worry."
Nirmala was listening to their conversation standing outside Meethi's chamber. She came here as soon as she heard that Tara is here. After hearing their conversation, she left and went to the ancestral room where the statues of all the Kings were. She picked something from the tray kept in the center of the room and left.
"You are right Tara but then also I fear for him."
"Don't fear Princess Meethi."
Meethi and Tara turned their heads to see who this person was. Seeing the Queen there, both stood up.
The Queen signalled all servants to leave the room. She came near Meethi and gave her something.
Meethi opened her hands to find a glowing pearl. Meethi and Tara stared at it and both girls' eyes opened wide after seeing such a glowing and beautiful pearl.
"Meethi this is a pearl passed down by our ancestors. It has magical properties and should be able to keep vampires away. You attach this to Aditya's dress."
Meethi hugged her back. The Queen smiled and said, "Now don't worry for the prince."
And while leaving the room, she ordered Tara to meet her before leaving.
After half an hour, Prince Aditya was in his chamber. He was relieved to see his beloved wife smiling.
"So did Tara's magic cure my princess?"
Tara on seeing him stood up.
"No my prince, it's your love which cured her."
Meethi blushed hearing this.
"May I take your leave my princess?"
Tara asked seeing Meethi and Aditya lost in each other's eyes.
"Yes you can." said Meethi clearing her throat. The Prince signalled the servants to leave the chamber. As Tara left the chamber, the princess hugged him.
"What happened Meethi?" he asked kissing on her forehead.
"You wanted to go on the search? Now you can go."
"I must say Tara is a magician to change your mind."
Tara went to the Queen's chamber.
"Thanks for coming Tara."
"I am always obliged to serve you my Queen."She bowed in front of the Queen.
"Tara, I heard you are back? Is it true?" The Queen asked holding Tara's hand.
"I followed your suggestions my Queen." She said kissing on her hand.
"So have you talked to your friend who was angry?" The Queen was eager to know how her son was, as any mother would be.
"Me and my friend have resolved issues and now he is training me in sword fighting to protect myself from any attack."
"That's great."
The Queen was proud to know what Mrityunjay is doing. She went near the window to see the bloodline tree. Whenever the urge to see her elder son is on a high, she watches the tree as that's the only way to satisfy her. She was lost in watching the tree and blessing him when Tara said,
"Today I met his Guruji. He is a nice person."
The Queen looked at her.
"So she met her father. He had sacrificed his life and family for this land. He will be awarded whatever he wants once all this gets over."
She thought and caressed Tara.
"May I leave my Queen as my friend would be waiting for me?"
"Yes go."
Tara immediately hurried to the forest.
In the forest Mrityunjay was worried for Tara as it was past the usual time by which she comes. All sorts of bad thoughts where coming to his mind.
"What if the vampire has attacked her? She is still not fully trained to protect herself." He was grooming Maria and talking to her.
"What if that witch has taken her!"
He felt he was not able to breathe after this thought. He took his sword and started moving it swinging it first to the left than to the right. He was practicing it to calm himself but it was of no use.
It was more than an hour since he had started practicing. If anyone would have come in front of him, he would cut them to pieces.
Tara saw him practicing and she knew he must be angry. She tried to reach her sword without getting noticed as he was practicing on the other side of the stable and her sword was on the other side. But when she picked her sword, a sword was on her pointing at her back. She knew it was Mrityunjay. She turned to say why she was late but seeing his anger, she shut her mouth.
As soon as Tara was in position, Mrityunay attacked her. She was trying to overpower him but it was not just Mrityunjay, it was his anger and love for her which was attacking her.
After half an hour of fighting Tara was exhausted and lost her sword. He pinned her to the wall. His eyes were burning with anger for her late arrival and he was also furious on himself as he had still not captured the vampire and made this place safe for his Tara. He was so close to her that they were able to hear each other's heartbeats.
Tara was looking straight into his eyes; she knew she was the reason behind his anger. She dared and said,
"I am sorry for being late."
He moved away from her.
"I was called by the Queen for some work."
Mrityunjay acted as if he had not heard.
"She was worried for her son."
Upon hearing this, Mrityunjay remembered the woman who he had met. Tara was continuously talking about her and the Queen, when he turned to face her and she, upon seeing him facing her, immediately shut her mouth.
"You need more practice."
He gave her the sword and again started sword fighting. This time he was not fighting with anger. He was again that soft Mrityunjay who would never think of harming anyone.
At night Govind was sitting outside the stable watching the stars,
"So her powers are still not awake. But they will be soon".
