Urmi tells Anirudh and Damini that the case may be dropped: on the other hand, Shaurya is off to Karan's home to know the truth. He's disappointed on seeing the front door locked. But her neighbour tells Shaurya about the temple she visits usually at this time. Shaurya on realising that Karan has bluffed, calls Diya to the temple.
Ishani at AK's home... She's at pool side and AK is inside the pool...Poor thing is blushing so much throughout her meeting 😆
Ishani meets AK's designer Simran too.. AK praises women and Ishani is told to join the next day itself...
Diya arrives at the temple...they see Karan's mother emerging from the temple, fit and fine...As Diya is about to go to her, Shaurya stops her and asks her to think about Karan's words...and Diya finally realises that Karan has lied.
They confront Karan. He argues that he did that for her sake - the usual lame excuses...
Diya is outraged. As she goes on about what all she has lost, Shaurya is pained...he listens to her tirade silently...
And finally, Shaurya's inner thoughts! He thinks how he would've revealed Karan's truth to her if they didn't want him still in the case. He also thinks that there's something fishy that Karan is suddenly eager to marry her.
Karan meets Jamdhar and tells him about the happenings.
Court scene..
Karan is in witness box...
[Wow, Kunal's gaze...The way he lifts his eyes, keeping his face bent down a little...]
Karan says these people are not the ones who raped Diya.
Urmi, Diya and Shaurya are shocked.
Karan says that all his previous statements were false and that Diya is mentally unstable since the incident.
Diya shouts in anger and Karan points it out as sign of her illness to the court.
Shaurya's supporting hands are on her shoulder and he tries to hold her back eventhough he is enraged himself.
On Urmi's request, the court offers them one more date, but also grants bail to the accused.
Precap showed Diya confronting Karan and giving him the much deserved SLAP. And as Karan reaches his home and tells his mother about the monetary benefits behind ditching Diya, Shaurya and Diya listen, hidden from Karan's view.
