I would say never trust the daily soap writer. They can make the most positive character negative and the worst villain the biggest hero as well 😆

that actor sounds like my sallu😲😆 only one thing wrong uski movies flop ho rahi hai esliye bula raha hai.😆

Sinha house living room... The lawyer to whom Diya's case is assigned to, Ashwini Karmakar is not picking up her phone... Everyone is worrried, but Urmi keeps trying...

Just then, Shaurya is informed from the staff at Awaz that no one is ready to do the interview of superstar Aakash Kumar as they find it hard to suffer his tantrums.

[Hmm...so it was not a casual mention a few episodes before...Aakash Kumar is to enter soon...]

Ishani is super excited on hearing Akash Kumar's name and asks whether it is the superstar he's talking about.

Shaurya looks at her strangely and confirms.

[The ever protective Bhaai 😆 ]

Seeing her excitement he asks whether she wants to do the interview jokingly.

She says she won't be able to utter anything when she meets him.

[Ishani's fangirl avatar is something that I can relate very well - Well, not about this Akash Kumar, but about one Mr. Kunal Karan Kapoor *☺️*]

She asks Shaurya to do the interview and allow her to tag along. Shaurya refuses at first. But she reminds her the upcoming raakhi festival. As the entire family supports her, he too relents, earning a hug and high-five from his Choti.

At Chiku's home, Asha relates the temple incident and Chiku instructs Noopur to tone down her dressing. She is offended and says Chiku is jealous 😆 Gaurav having heard enough, instructs her not to leave the house till she learns everything from Asha.

It's night and everyone at Sinha house is worried as the lawyer is yet to answer their calls. Finally, the lawyer's PA picks up the phone and says the "madam" doesn't usually meet people : All rape cases are same, You'll meet her at court...

Diya is worried and fears what will she do if she fails...Urmi comforts her...

Shaurya and Urmi are discussing Diya's case and Shaurya is feeling hopeless...They don't have strong evidence..and the lawyer has not yet discussed things with them...How will they come out successful in the court session the next day...

Urmi says only Karan, the sole eyewitness can help...

Shaurya is in a fix...and chooses to confesses everything to Urmi...

Urmi is shocked but asks Shaurya to bring him to court tomorrow somehow...

Shaurya in facepalm mode, wondering how to suffer convincing Karan.

[Yes Shaurya...often it so happens that for good reasons, we often have to drink the bitter medicine...just hold hold your nose and let it go down the throat in swift gulps...life lessons from Nanhi... :-) ]

Morning...

Diya comes down to living room...She is missing her family...Everyone in Sinha household comfort her: they are also her family...it's their fight too... victory will be theirs for sure.

Urmi asks Shaurya to get Karan from is home...

Diya is anxious and uncomfortable on hearing that, but Urmi says he is important in their case...

Shaurya finally turns up at Karan's house. He opens the door and as Shaurya conveys the purpose of visit, starts the usual taunts.

Precap showed Karan taunting Shaurya, enjoying the fact that SHaurya will not retort... The Advocate meets Diya outside the court but is not keen on discussion beforehand.

Disinterested victim side lawyer and other side aggressive defense lawyer(assuming). Wonder why they have cast a lady there must be something to that? Or do they appoint lady prosecutors only in for victims side? Any such practice exists?

I guess so, he'll be a new entry and if my experience of Hindi serials count anything then Ishani will fall for this aged hero and everyone would appose this praposal Shaurya being the first one in this and then real misunderstandings between brother and sister.
