I wonder what on earth these writers are trying to portray in this series, perhaps that despite being educated Indian women are still idiots. Why all these soaps are sooo negative on women, Urmi seems to have become more stupid and submissive, her family are foolish and everybody around just jumps to Samrat's tune. A whole bunch of idiots!!!!!!!!!!
the biggest fool is Samrat;s father, all he needs to do is put a good tight slap on Samrat and bring him out his arrogance, followed by another slap for his cheap thinking wife.

They have to stop this image that mothers want to hold on to their sons, even if this is so, please show positive. It gives bad image of mother/son relationship as it appears as mothers want sons for themselves!

This series is depressing, negative, regressive and makes women look foolish and weak!

I am going to make a very strong statement. Here I go.

How can we expect crime against women to stop in real life when this is what the TV producers and directors are feeding the general public?

I seriously wonder how do the writers and the CV team members live with themselves after writing and showing such crap?

How can samrat sleep well after spouting those filthy dialogues?

How can Urmi and her parents feel after suffering even for the camera? I must applaud them for their dedication, sincerity and realistic performances.

There should be a censorship on these kinds of serials and they should fine the writers for such crap

I agree with all the previous comments, like I said I stopped watching when they made the leap without addressing the issues at hand. Now by reading this Urmi's child is 4 years old, and she still is being abused, even worse now!!!!! I could wring her daddy and grandma's necks, he is one idiot and she's still living in the past!!!!! I hope she runs off with her son to Ishaan in London without telling anyone. There's no way on this green earth that a woman should be abused like that, it was sickening to watch then, and I know now I won't be going back. I don't even want Samrat to change, get the hell away from him and his psycho family!!!!!!
