The best part of the show is nothing is over the top!...no unnecessary melodrama...

this, this and this... the melodrama so far has been to a minimum!

Thank you for posting Anu😃

Today's scenes were cute

The funniest part was the plane landing on Noor Appa's face and she was all flabbergasted as to where did the plane come from😆

I had this smile on my face when Raghu was rattling everything to Aaji😆

Bechaara Arshad...Teacher bana electrician😆

Innocence is what is drawing us towards the show😊

I LOVED Noor Aapa's reaction...she's a doll...starting with her confusion about where the plane came from to her confusion about the letter...and Antara saying, "Woh Raghu!" lol ...The Ontment bit seriously killed me...haha

Arshad truly bechara kahaan phas gayaa...Noor didn't let him get a word in edgewise...and bechara sharaafat se stool pe chadh bhi gaya...lol...I liked the subtlety with which the scenes were shown without heavy melodrama.

Yes, innocence is the word...there is a surprising innocence in the characterization and the character interactions...nothing is shown in a tacky or sleazy way.

Gagan! Heyy will look forward to reading your thoughts then! Ontment was my fav. bit too...followed closely by the Batman bit...hahaha

Also forgot to mention that I loved Machmach's scene with Arshad where he tells Arshad to burn his sponge cake a bit taaki usko "nazar na lag jaaye"🤣...RS is such a genius at coming up with dhaansu fresh dialogues...lol

Oh thank you about the JA avi! You should watch the actual scene in today's epi...it was FAB😆

Great post and agreee!! Yesterday's episode esp the last scene and today's episode were wonderful. 😆 I started watching this show just two weeks back and caught up with all the previous epis in a few days cause I love the way they're writing the interactions between these two.

Raghu throwing those airplanes and the "ONTMENT" along with the threat that she should apply it herself or he'd come and apply it was hilarious. 😆 ALSO the reactions he gave after Noor aapa got hit by that airplane were even more amusing LOL. I also like the way they're kinda showing the terrace as a medium of communication between RA, with Raghu usually knocking on Antara's door everytime he needs her to come out. 😆

Also, the fact that you mentioned about Antara being angry with him but not that angry and actually pulling one on him. 😆 And Raghu calling her a "jhooti" the next morning to ensure that she'd actually applied the ointment.

EDIT: Now that you mentioned Machmach, his dialogue "naam mein kya rakha hai. ab agar main tujhe anarkali bulaoon, toh tu nachna thodi shuru kar dega" was hilarious. 😆

Hey thanks! LOL even I got into watching this show just last month...and caught up on a whole month and a half of epis in like 2 days...lol the writing is indeed good...despite the cliches popping up from time to time...lol

Word to what you said about the terrace as a medium...I'm liking that too...I loved it in NBT as well...lol...I guess I have a soft spot for terrace based silent communications...lol...anyways in this case, the placement of the balcony and terrace ensures plenty of scope for these two to always communicate somehow even if they aren't in the same house.

Also now that you've mentioned the terrace communications...they'd done them surprisingly refreshingly...like the bangle scene a few days back...and this stones and paper planes scene now...lol...I like how DIRECT Raghu is when he wants to get his point across...even if she's hopping mad at him...lol...and their giant egos ensure that they will constantly clash with each other...but at the same time won't be able to stay away from each other too cuz the soft corners and the attraction b/w them is just as strong.

LOLL oh thanks for pointing out that dialogue of MM...haha I loved that one too...I hope they show more Raghu-MM scenes...love their bonding...lol.

Loved to read you post on a forum after long, Anu.🤗
WORD about everything you said about today's episode and yesterday's!
I'm just loving these sweet, SIMPLE instances between Raghu-Antara. The writing is just so everyday and hilarious.
I loved the airplane mode of communication scene from yesterday's episode and it's continuation today was HILARIOUS! LMAO @ Noor Appa's W*F face and Raghu's dialogue at her coming in between🤣 and then as if that wasn't enough he just starts weightlifting randomly while Antara translates the note to Noor Appa. lol

I liked Antara's mischievous smile and confession to Noor about her making it hard for Raghu just for fun. She might be mad at him but is not blind about the situation. lol I would love to see more of her irking Raghu like this. it would be fun and hilarious.

@Noor Appa- Arshad scene--- lol yeah it was sweet and funny. the actors are doing a good job.

@Raghu-Antara confrontation in the morning and "Batman" Doctor--- LMAO🤣 Raghu's metaphors are just out of the world! I liked the Doctor playing it out in their fight too. lol
Oh and I like how the writers are not hiding the stark educational and background differences between the two characters and in doing so they are not demeaning Raghu being not a college/ school graduate either. I like how they are showing that Raghu might not be literate in English but he is definitely not ignorant. He is a street smart guy who, if given the opportunity, would have excelled in gaining a proper education but life had different plans for him. Antara, on the other hand is literate but doesn't seem to demean Raghu, She just points out the mistakes but doesn't gloat about her education or make him feel subordinate. I like how they are staying away from the inferiority-superiority complex between these two.

@Aaji- Raghu scene-- lol yeah Raghu was narrating the events like a kid. I like their scenes. Aaji's metaphors are hilarious. I see where Raghu gets them from. lol

@ Raghu's smile at Antara teaching Aaji yoga-- that was sweet. I like these silent moments between the two. It is a better way of paving the path to them falling for each other than the obvious tricks.

Even yesterday's trip-catch-stare wasn't bad. it was short and I just LOVE their song so much and so whenever I hear that song, I don't mind the stares as long as they are justified and average length. lol

By the way, I simply LOVE watching them off screen. Both are such goof balls and hilarious. Nikita is such a GIRL and an adorable one with all her non stop blabbing and self-praising and Ayaz enjoys indulging her more and more. lol😆 She does look very pretty in the dance outfit. I can't wait to see that episode.

AY nice post.
I like the freshness in almost all characters... All of them have been through sth or the other in life and yet there is a softness in each character...
The most surprising bit in today's episode for me was Raghu telling Aaji his interactions with Antara, like a school kid narrating sth that happened at school... By God!!! itni masoomiyat from a goonda/mawali... And here aaji is cooking up what not in her mind and this banda is so oblivious ki how this could otherwise be perceived by a third person.. and then he just says good night and walks away... I liked it a lot..

RS ke diaogues ka kya kehna... Ab toh almost aadat ho chuki hai wrt this style of writing.. pehle MB and now this..
