Today's episode was brilliant as I've said before. What I loved the most was the way Machmach explained Raghu's pain. I did mention it somewhere earlier that Raghu feels for Antara at an emotional level. He hasn't fallen in love yet but the soft corner he has for her is the beginning. The only reason he feels for her is because he's been through what she's going through right now. He knows how painful it is and he doesn't want her to go through the same pain. Macmach said the same thing. He had his pain hidden, buried deep down but then you came like a storm and made him vulnerable all over again. This pain is what makes Raghu connect to Antara, understand her and feel for her.
But Antara didn't know Raghu's past, that's why she misunderstood him most of the times and judged him. She needed to know his past to connect with him, understand him and feel for him. That's exactly what happened today. Now, she knows why he is the way he is and indeed he's a good man. Now she'll understand his pain and I can already imagine them sharing their pain with each other and seeking support from each other. I remember there was a scene where Antara was listening to her recorded conversation with her dad and he says share your pain with someone who knows you like you know yourself and in Antara's life that person is Raghu. He may not everything but he knows the pain she's going through. He understands her more than she herself does! That's why even unknowingly she has shared her pain with him sometimes. But now that she knows Raghu's truth I can see her sharing her pain with him willingly and him doing the same in return.
This upcoming track is going to be amazing. This understanding will lead them to fall in love with each other. And I'm sure we'll have some amazing heart-touching scenes in future. I'm a sucker for such emotional scenes. That's why my most favorite scene till now would be the one when she tells him she's leaving the basti, he feels so restless and keep thinking of their moments together. That was so well done and Ayaaz was brilliant. For me, that was the beginning of Raghu's feelings for Antara. He felt so restless just at the thought of her leaving. Now it's Antara's turn to start feeling for him!
