Yes! Raghu only connected with Antara at an emotional level. He understood the pain of a child, who is not able to help his or her ailing mother. I think that is what motivated him to help Antara. As much as he despised her somewhere he saw himself in Antara. The same child trying to help without no money. I think this is why he was able to understand Antara - THE DAUGHTER! and I have emphasized on the daughter because he is connecting with her at that level only.

On the other hand this is a step forward for Antara. Machinder has finally changed her perception of Raghu. This is a begining phase for her!


bw even Ayaz has clarified it that Love will not happen soon. There will be a gradual progression and that is exactly what is needed. I expect to see that understanding between the two.

Agree! Care and Concern has been there from Antara's side too though on the grounds of humanity but now that would transcend to an emotional and mental level where she can connect(in the true sense of the term)with his pain and torment, with the suffering and plight that he kept in a veil all this time. She feels bad about the fact that she failed to figure out the actual person that he was...and I'm sure she would try to compensate for that anyhow. There is a lot more to come. It might happen that because of whatever she blamed Raghu with yesterday, Raghu might give up the soft corner(for a while until he realises that he cannot be without her) that he had in his heart, willingly or unwillingly.

The epi was very well needed. N ya she will develop or actually developeda soft cornor for him. Its her turn to help him to get out from his pain anx let him share it with her which he never done with anyone. True that. And there is no use expecting acceptance and confession anytime soon but the case would be like they will not be able to do without each other,the realization might be there somewhere inside the heart,and which they would ignore and keep aside,that mutual care and concern will become a dominant part of their lives, and then maybe the term "friendship" would be quoted to it. Long until they actually feel that it is "love".

But I am still sure that pre-assumptions do no wonders in this show's story.
