Anas Rashid 'Sooraj Rathi', Diya aur Baati Hum - 20^th January 2016: Sooraj, your Sandhya has decorated the room in a very romantic way to welcome you and your entry was wow, the sweet words in Sandhya's ears and hide away, torturing her in a sweet way was very nice, SoorajSandhya's togetherness is too good here, Sooraj, you are so happy for Chotu and you did mentioned that couples are made in heaven as Sandhya and you are the proof, but Sooraj, your Chotu is learning to lie, all thanks to the over clever Piya, who is just after the money and surprisingly Chotu couldn't understand her evil plans and here too Aarzoo's motherland is not yet revealed!!! The way Sooraj was running after Chotu in front of the family was very cute, Chotu has great respect for SoorajSandhya and the Rathis, but that evil Piya has ruined all, hope that the real thing will be revealed. Shashi Sumeet Productions, great to see SoorajSandhya togetherness, kindly always focus on this in all tracks as Diya Aur Baati together can always spread light.

Actor Deepraj Rana is a well known face in Bollywood for his pivotal roles in various big budget Hindi films. However, the actor has also made a mark on the small screen and is best remembered for his roles from 'Naa Aana Is Des Laado' and last seen in 'Devon Ke Dev Mahadev' starring Mohit Raina.

His most memorable performance on television was that of a cunning and strict, Major Nair. The military man who is harsh on his cadets, Yudi (Kunal Karan Kapoor), Alekh (Arjun Bijlani), Ali (Harshad Chopda) among others in the youth military drama show, 'Left Right Left' brought him recognition.

According to a leading news daily, after a long span, the actor is all set to play another role on television in the show, 'Diya Aur Baati Hum' starring Anas Rashid (Sooraj) and Deepika Singh (Sandhya).

He will playing the role of a Pakistani terrorist in the upcoming track and will be pivotal in the development of the lives of Sooraj and Sandhya.

On the role, the actor said, "I get to play diverse roles in Bollywood and I don't think I am cut out for lead roles on TV anyway. It's only when I have time that I take up a role on the small screen."
