I was away for couple of days owing to Vishu and had not been able to put proper analysis posts after that BCT is taken away from Sandhya.
So today I read a lot of posts in which it was written that Sandhya doesnt deserve BCT. She cannot win it for Bhabo.
I agree completely to those thoughts. An IPS officer winning that trophy because her MIL wanted is rubbish to say the least.
We can say that Sandhya was putting up good fight with other cadets trying to get that trophy because Sooraj believed she can get it. Still the constant reminders of EV used to irritate me to the core. She was among the 5 best cadets when that review happened.
Shooting was an area of concern for her and many thought she would have used that opportunity to get special training. I disagree to that. She wanted to go for her SILs wedding and as a married woman she might have thought of meeting her husband. I mean somehow if you cannot go that will affect her. I mean you for long has been expecting to meet your husband and then suddenly it comes you cannot go, somehow I feel she took the right decision there. There was no issue concerning national security there and she could have anyways corrected her aim practicing hard which she was doing.
But still BCT for Bhabo was not going. And all her tasks were running around that. Now last week CVs made her move out of BCT race. I mean she was no longer eligible to compete in BCT.
The reaction of Sandhya after that was what made her different. She was still practicing. I mean it was then she started moving beyond BCT and was still trying to make her aim perfect to be a good IPS officer.
Now the naxal issue is happening. She along with Zakir is doing a good job there and both of them are doing it not for BCT but for national security. They are fighting like real IPS officers and are trying to get an upper hand in the mission.
If they do it successfully I would say not only Sandhya but Zakir too deserve that trophy because he was equally responsible in the success of that mission. Sandhya understood about Roma, but it was Zakir's plan that made her confess her crime.
Sandhya attacked from front , but Zakir moved equally well from behind and did good combat ( especially the throat slitting and rope cutting scene) to save sirjee. He was standing in front like the captain of a team.
If not for that cheating and I dont know how CVs are planning to undermine Zakir, but now in equal measure he looks as much eligible for BCT as Sandhya.
