Valid question?-Videos

I know we are not permitted to ask for video or written updates.I am not doing that.All I want to know that do we get the video update only when its shown in the US? eastern time?
Isnt there a way to get it earlier ie India viewing time?
I am sorry for posting this but its been playing on my mind for a while so thought I'll ask.Please close the topic if this is not permitted.
