Today's episode revealed that there is something between them and when Keerti saw Sapna there, I think she knew that Sapna likes Subh so she moved away from there😳😳 I really like Keerti and Shubh's chemistry😳

Yes you're right. When Keerti looked over at Sapna and saw her crestfallen face she looked shocked and I think then she realised that Sapna has a crush on Dr Shub. Poor Sapna - she is destined for heartbreak 😭 But yes, I did like the chemistry going on between Keerti and Shub 😉
