Point 1---U are right...It was the 1st tym he liked Ridzie...His resolve to make her meet up wid her lover was a reflection of how much he had bin moved by Ridzie's plight.It brought out to the fore a gudness which was immanant in him.Although in dis point I wud beg to disagree on the issue of Tamanna.I think she was her infatuation and not her love.

Point 2----It was a very delicate situation.The best of men can slip in des kind of situation......But our hero did not.Another eg. of his butiful nature.More importantly he agreed to marry a tainted girl.A girl whose obsession for Armaan was known to him, yet, to save the family from disrepute,he agreed to sacrifice his happy life.

Point 3--Beautifully said abt love!!!

Point 4--- Whatever Sid did he did coz he wanted to unearth the facade of perfect marriage dat Ridzie was wearing...And he was right,Ridzie moved bak when Sid went in for the smooch.

Points 5 and 6----We know how much he hurt himself when he behaved badly wid Ridzie and treated her in a not so nice manner.And the day he used his hand on her he punished himself!!!He might hve not known but des were the incidents which lead to his love for Ridzie.

Thruout his whole journey we hve seen him transform from a self-conceited brat to an outstanding lover wanting the best for his love and being there for her at all walks and twists of her life!!!! I do not think I hve given dis much thought to a fictional character but it is Sid Modi's charisma dat has made me sit up and analyse the best and worst of human behaviour.
