Next morning at the set...
Mayank enters to find Pankit doing a scene with Karan....he smiled and went towards his vanity to get ready....his shoot was 2 hours from then with Drashti ....finally a romantic scene with her.....a dream sequence though !!..
He got ready soon and came out of his van.....the transition had taken place....from mayank to rahul..
He caught up a chair and sat....he was watching the shooting going on.....As usual...pankit was given some stupid lines....and sunaina was saying shut up atul...
Mayank smiled......just then he saw drashti enter...
Their eyes met...and there was total silence...suddenly evrything faded...he couldnt hear pankit or sunaina screaming....he couldnt hear the director sayin cut...he just fell cut off from everything...all that he could see was drashti....he smiled at her
She gave a shy smile in return...she looked down...and walked the other way and caught up a seat next to Jennifer..
Mayank was confused.....she could have sat next to him as well...
Mayank got up and went to where jenny and drashti was sitting..
Mayank-Hey jeennny...hey drashti..
They both greeted him ...and he sat next to drashti...
Drashti was feeling kind of uncomfortable...rather shy...
Within a few minutes the director called for Drashti and Mayank....
The shot was ready...
He explained the scene to them..
Director-- Alright ...so this one is a dream sequence.....the viewers are going crazy....they want their rahul-muskaan back...they have signed petitions and all on IF ;) .so we thought of putting a power packed romance scene....though its a dream....since we cant have proper romantic scenes....coz thinks betwen rahul-muskaan are still rough...
So alright....its muskaan's POV....even after rahul has told her there is no place in his life for her she dreams of him......inspite of being angry with him she dreams of him..and at the end of it shes frustrated with herself for dreaming of him..she wants to forget him but cant...
Its a scene...where muskaan is getting ready for the wedding.....and is having problems with her saree...she imagines rahul to come and help her with the saree...and then romance wih her......
Drashti looks nervous..
Mayank smiles..
Director-- Rahul comes and kisses her neck and nuzzles her.....then goes down and helps with the saree thingi....
The directior xplains da rest of the thingi nd gives them da script and leaves
They sit there reading their scripts.
Mayank- *clears his throat* .... drashti...koi problem hain kya??
Drashti-Ahh..nahi toh...kyun?
Mayank-Drashti...i have never seen you so nervous before a romantic scene......dekho its just me...relax..
Drashti- *murmurs* Thats da problem its you !!
She was so damn nervous of doing a romantic scene with him after last night....
Mayank- What?
Drashti-I know..its just you..so i am relaxed...
She covers up..
Mayank nods and gets back to his script...
About 20 minutes later..
Director - ACTION !!
Muskaan-Yeh saree bhi na......pata nahi log isko kaisey itney ghantoon pehntey hain.....yeh saas bahu serial waleey loggon ki toh jai hoon !!...
Muskaan keeps struglling with her saree...
Muskaan-Yeh ridz aur anji pata nahi kahan reh gayyi...aggar woh nahi aayi toh main yahan se nikal nahi paaongi....hayye rabba....maddad karo..
Muskaan-Phone lagati hoon..
She goes to pick up her phone..
*DREAM BEGINS *
Rahul comes from behind and takes the phone off her hand..
Rahul-Uski zarrorat nahi,....main hoon na.....main tumhari maddad kar deta hoon....
Rahul runs his fingers across her hand...from the shoulders to the elbow and finally entwines them with her fingers...
She closes her eyes.....shivering by their proximity...she knew it wasnt rahul...it was mayank,....her mayank......
She stood there in front of the mirror in her blouse....and the rest of the saree drapped around her waist.....her stomach exposed..
He kissed her nape...she shuddered......
He placed his hands around her waist...holding them lightly..
Rahul- Muskaan...meri zindagi main aggar teri jagah na hoon toh iss zindagi ka main kuch nahi karoon....ekdum bekar hain......tujhse hi toh rahul hota hain.....rahul banta hain....rahul saans leta hain....aggar muskaan nahi toh rahul nahi.....
HE turns her around..
Rahul removes two drapes of the saree..
Drashti cant control herself....she no more feels muskaan..
Rahul-Aggar puri saree ko aisee kar degi toh palu kahan se aayega??
Rahul-Last main thoda bachana chahiye...budhu...
He slowly finsihses his work....puts up the saree for her....as he places the paluu for her his hands travel thru her body ending at her shoulder...
Drashti has lost it totally by then....
The director looks confused....mayank is tensed...drashti has forgotten everything.....she is muskaan...not drashti.....
Director wants to say cut....but then he lets it go...maybe they would get somehting better...
Rahul - Muskaan....ho gaya...kuch toh bol..
Muskaan-Ah...um...haan...th..thanx !!
Rahul smiled....
Rahul-Tu achi lag rahi hain.....
Muskaan smiled..
Rahul goes closer to her (as per script )
Rahul- I love you !!....
AS per script muskaan imagines him to say i love you and disaapear..
But drashti hugged him right there..
Drashti -I love you too Mayank !!..
Mayank stood there happy yet shocked...she just couldnt play both muskaan and drashti....he smiled at her innocence....and then he saw the directors face....luckily for them.....none of their co-stars where at the shoot....only the crew members...
The director had a half smile..
Mayank broke from her..
Drashti looked at him...with a big smile...
Mayank just kept looking at her...
Director -- CLEARS HIS THROAT
Drashti turns around and looks at him.....
Drashti-- Ahh woh..um....main bas ...thoda...scene bhool gayyi..
The director smiled !!
Dir-Budhu nahi hoon main !!.....
Drashti blushed..
Dir- Man...its so good to see some real romance here...i am tired of that old DMG types thingi !!....Some refreshment for me !!...from the same old boring scripted things !!
Mayank and Drashti blushed !!
Director- ALright i m giving you guys half an hour......finish everything and then i need to have a retake of the last part....where drashti doesnt hug you !!
Mayank laughs..
Dir - you guys have half an hour !!

Mayank walks out with drasthi .
There was silence...
Mayank entwined his fingers casually with hers while walking...
Somehow she used to get all nervous when they were all alone....why was she behaving so girly girly..she asked herself...but got no answer....perhaps it was coz of mayank !!.... his presence made her feel nervous.... she smiled...god love was crazy !!
