Rahul: muskaan tu aa gayi... he hugs her..she too hugs him but then vanishes again bringing him back to reality...

Rahul went home later on that day after his mom insisted that he go and get some rest...
Rahul- (to himself) Jahaan mere dil ko araam nahi mil raha, wahaan main kya araam karoon? (pulls out a picture of everyone together from his bag with tears in his eyes) Sorry guys... main tum sabko chodke nahi jaana chahta tha... lekin... (phone rings) Hello? (wipes his tears)
Mom- Rahul beta...
Rahul- Haan mom?
Mom- Beta tum ghar pohonch gaye theek se?
Rahul- Haan mom.
Mom- Okay beta... please get some rest.
Rahul- Ji mom. (hangs up)
A while later... Rahul was sitting in his room by the window looking up at the moon not knowing what to think or do... Suddenly, a sweet scent hits him and he closes his eyes to take it in...
Muskaan- Aye Rahul...
Rahul- (opens his eyes to see her sitting in front of him) Muskaan...
Muskaan- Tujhe kya laga tha? Tu mujhe chodke chala jaayega aur main kuch nahi karoongi. Itni ahsaani se peecha nahi chodoongi tera.
Rahul- (smiles and hugs her) I love you Muskaan... (she vanishes)
Realizing that he was still imagining, he got up from there and went to take a nice hot shower to relax himself a bit... he came out after a good 20 minutes... shirtless.
Muskaan- Kitni der lagaata hai tu! Do mahine se nahaaya nahi tha kya? Chal jaldi se idhar aa.
Rahul did exactly as she said... She started to dry his head off and then handed him a shirt.
Muskaan- Yeh le. (smiles)
Rahul- (reaches out to take the shirt and she vanishes) Muskaan? (grabs his head) Samajh nahi aa raha mere saath kya ho raha hai! Aisa kyun kar rahi hai tu mere saath Muskaan? Kyun???
Next day at the hospital...
He went to go see his dad and sat with him for a few hours since he wanted to relieve his mom so she could get some rest... She came back in after some time and he went exploring the hospital. Everywhere he looked, all he could recall were the memories that he had with eeryone back home. Outside the locker room, where he had tricked Atul into saying yes to let him stay at his house, the canteen, where he and Muskaan first stepped foot as "husband and wife," the front desk where he met Anjali after coming back from the U.S. last time, the nurse station, where he'd gotten his duties from Dr. Keerti, the corridor where Armaan, Atul, and him and teased Dr. Shubhankar with their "Ishqqqq Haaye!" He couldn't take it anymore... he went up to the terrace.
Rahul- (tears in his eyes) Yahaan aake bhi kya farak padega? Kitni yaadein hain jo mera peecha nahi chodengi. Kahaan hai tu Muskaan? Mujhe teri zaroorat hai. (saying so, he fell to his knees)
A hand reached out and stroked his hair...
Muskaan- Main yahaan hoon Rahul. Tere saath. Tere paas.
Rahul- (without looking back) Kyun aati hai tu baar baar Muskaan? Ghayab hone ke liye? Kyun kar rahi hai tu mere saath aisa?
Muskaan- (kneels down to his level) Rahul... (takes his hands in hers) Main hoon. Dekh...
Rahul- (looks at her in surprise) Muskaan? Tu mujhe choo sakti hai? Ghayab...
Muskaan- (in tears) Rahul... main hi hoon.
The next second, he took her in his arms not wanting to ever let go. She was actually with him... his Muskaan. After a while...
Rahul- Muskaan tu...
Muskaan- Rahul... tune mujhse eik sawaal poocha tha. Kya main tere saath chaloongi? Aaj tujhe mera jawaab mil gaya.
Rahul- Lekin Muskaan... eik baar phir sochle. Jaldbaazi mein koi bhi faisla karna...
Muskaan- (crying) Rahul... maine apni poori zindagi mein kisi bhi cheez ke baare mein itna nahi socha hoga jitna iss baare mein socha hai. Lekin tune eik baar bhi nahi socha ki tu chala jaayega toh mera kya hoga. Tere jaane ke baad maine bohot socha Rahul. Lekin, tere baghair mujhe apni zindagi dikhayee hi nahi di. Jab main apni zindagi tere bina soch bbhi nahi sakti, toh tere bina main kaise reh paoongi? Kabhi socha hai tune? Main kya karti tere baghair? Main tujhse bohot pyaar karti hoon Rahul...
Rahul- (hugs her) Muskaan...
Muskaan- (crying) Kitni ajeeb baat hai naa Rahul... bachpan se hum hamesha saath rahe. Hamesha ladte rahe aur eik doosre se bhaagte rahe. Aur jab sach mein jaane ka waqt aaya, toh na tu jaana chahta tha, aur na main tujhe jaate dekhna chahti thi...
