After watching yesterday's maha-episode,when Saxena talked to someone over phone & told Viraj's doctor that Rana said that now the only option is to kill Viraj.
Also Raghav was telling Sia that Rana 1st killed his bro Dev n then Komal n the police were unable to find the culprit Rana.
That means Saxena(the new entry in the show) is actually related to Rana,but showing in front of Singh's that he is with them n will find the real culprit. And i think Viraj has seen Komal's murder & wants to tell that to Raghav & Sia. Thats y he wants to meet them. But the doctors r trying to make him mad by giving wrong treatment.
