i just read a comment which talks abt "extra marital affairs" in this show...
just wanted to clarify that there is no extra marital affair in this show...
coz sia has actually walked out of her marriage...and she does not need to be divorced...coz her marrg will be proved null and void once its proved that the mental condition of the person was not stable wen she had got married to him...
so if one sees legally...
sia is not married at all!

I hope u don't bring in Viraaj fans in to ur comments from next time. It's against IF rules.
Edit: all ur quotations statements are also Offencive. Be assertive.

I edited my post and took out the reference to Viraj fans...
Sorry...I am new to the forum...but rest assured, my intention was not to step on anyone's toes...😕
I, however, stand by my POV...Jhanvi made the right choice in leaving...she should never look back...and she deserves better...that's my POV and I'm entitled to it.

I just want to add something. Like I said before...I'm new to this forum...but I've quickly learned that there seems to be a great divide here between fans of particular characters.
I'll be honest...I haven't seen all the episodes from the beginning...and only started watching full time after Raghav's entry. I have to say I'm taken with the show...it's a lot better than many on TV today...and it deals with an important issue.
However...this show is fantastic not because of any one character...it is the work of the entire ensemble cast that makes it so appealing for me to watch.
I've often rewatched an episode just because Viraj's scenes were so mind-blowing. That does not mean I automatically hate Raghav. Similarily, if I don't appreciate Viraj's violent streak...it doesn't automatically make me on team Raghav.
While I agree...blatantly bashing anyone is rude...forum members should be allowed to express their opinions about how they feel about a character's actions. It should not automatically be construed as bashing. And they should be allowed to change their minds if they choose to.
Healthy dialogue is good...taking everything on a personal level is not...it only causes fights and will chase members aways from the forum...and guys...it's only a drama.
I don't want to feel like I have to restrict myself to reading and commenting only on pro Raghav posts...I like the show and the entire cast.

I'd agree with Vandy here...according to civil annulment laws in India a marriage can be declared null and void in several situations, including the withholding of certain information from the partner prior to the marriage, the kind of information that would have made the partner reconsider their decision to marry the concerned party. That's exactly what happened in Jhanvi's case...their marriage could easily be proved null and void once they come out of a Viraj-controlled place like Manali.

As for a love triangle...personally a triangle in this case, for me, doesn't exist, because IMHO Jhanvi's feelings for Viraaj had much more to do with gratitude and a faint hope that he'd like her enough to stop acting the way he did than any serious affection for Viraaj as a person. She barely knew Viraaj as a person prior to her wedding and once she did it was clear she didn't exactly like what she saw.

sia is not married at all!

In addition to that, there's an ethical and emotional question to it. Getting a divorce on paper is a legal act decided by the authorities as a formality to end a relationship. But, really, isn't it enough to end a relationship that a victim of domestic violence walks out of the marriage - stating that she will no longer stay married to her husband?
Divorces in terms of paperwork are viewed as formalities in our world. But above this is human condition and emotions - if one decides to break a marriage simply by saying the word, then that should be more valid than any piece of paper, shouldn't it?
We're talking about what's right and what's wrong here. Not what the High Court deems legal.

You're right. Jhanvi didn't fall in love with Viraj.
Plus she had a dream. The typical dream a young girl has who is proposed to by a man for the first time. Dreams and emotions don't always connect in real life. There can be a mismatch.

"to err is human & to forgive divine" but jhanvi gave one chance to viraj but viraj fell short of..jhanvi is not a god k wo viraj ki har harkoton pr usay maaf kardai..
God has written a script for each of us. Everything has a purpose, everyone a mission. There's a good quote by a German philosopher that says: "The fate shuffles the cards and we play."
.she was with viraj it has written in jhanvi's destiny but she met with raghav was also in her destiny..
"destiny, fate is predetermined"...if raghav is in jhanvi's destiny noone can seperate them...
if jhanvi goes back to viraj then she would put an axe on her foot...now its up to jhanvi what path she would choose...
