kal maine 2nd episode dekha, well niki ka character aisa hai wo mother hai, she has 2 daughters, n she cheated on her husband when he was alive he captured her red handed, then she blamed him for breaking the promise of not fulfilling his duties as husband love n her needs were not fulfilled. she claimed that yes he loves her but he never expressed it as a husband, didn't take her for a world tour and show her world. she was not happy as mother, she felt in some kind of jail. point is those who cheat always put the blame on other. but yea niki is good in it, it is different but i like seeing the way she is carrying this character. solid n uff her style, she loves her self more then anything.

sad thing people love money more then their kids n family.

Even Astitva was about a couple with great age difference. Niki played the role of Dr.Simran wonderfully. In that she show she is seen speaking against societal norms. It will be interesting to see her preach those very norms to her daughter in this show

I liked the way Laila handled this thing, yes somehow she sold her daughter for money and made sure her son in law marries her

actually it was like she was going to fall, her daughter got pregnant but some how she came with an idea how to come out of it as a winner, she has wicked mind, she knows how to handle things in a money grabber way. which proves that her son in law's father knew her well, he knew if he won't make saloni sign that paper her mother will do such thing but he didn't think that Laila is thinking 4 steps ahead of him, that was really very nice scene, very smart way of how to handle, yes it was really bad move but somehow she proved she is not a loser.

her daughter wasn't wrong either but laila didn't want to be the loser, she solved it in a way people will say she sold her daughter.

that's the difference b/w a person who loves money and a person who decently loves.

i dont agree to her actions but she actually solved this marriage problem. she could be a loser because her daughter was the one who was pregnant and the shame would be on her as a woman. so good way to handle that case.

Both Saloni and Ahana are young and Live in a la la land where love conquers all. Laila is older, more practical and has seen the world. She knows love is not enough. She did the right thing. She was only looking out for her daughter.

well even i who is not a kid anymore, not living in any la la lend, agree to saloni and ahana who think that love is more important, money is important but not more then love.

sometimes u end up having only money but no love. can someone b happy with money only? actually they are never happy because they always ask for more n more n more and never happy because jitna b ho that is not enough/

It's not a competition. Both money and love have their own places and cannot be compared IMO. Just as money cannot buy love, love too is not enough for a good life. Besides what do we know about love? How can you truly 100% believe that this person who is not related to you will never abandon you? People change and even the greatest lovers become cheaters or abusers. It is always better to be safe than sorry.

The girls grew up in wealth and never had to worry about that part of life. They have no idea what it is like to struggle. Laila is perhaps not a gold digger perse. She is thinking practical. She is thinking in terms of security for her daughter if love seems not to be enough? Love alone won't pay the bills.

Of course, the romantic part of me says too, screw the money.. Go earn your own money and be independent.. But cutting off your daughter in law 100% seems too much..
