I must say, I been following niki aneja's work in her previous show, that was a positive one, she used to play lead roles and the positive ones, this one is negative and i m enjoying it.

this one is different and i actually enjoy this character, at times those negative characters give u more space more enjoyment to act n even to watch them act.

she is playing ahana's mother, n she is playing the negative mother here, i wonder why they have to give them glass of visky to prove she is not that "goody good" mother. tomorrow we might see her smoking too.

anyways it is fun to see her back on screen that too with negative role.

if one day she will make u hate laila, then that will be the prove she is great actress. great to see her back on screen after ages 😊👏

other characters are good, ahana is nice anant is good. lets see how this story unfolds.

The wine glass- That is for TR(A)P viewers. 😆

Every villain has some affectation and the wine glass is hers. It immediately communicates the lack of sanskaar to the audience. I was amused by how she had it in every scene.

Someone tell SP that much of wine doesn't make someone asanskari, it makes them an alcoholic. 🤣

I loved watching Niki in Astitva, she was such a natural there. As Laila somehow I find her overacting a bit. But it has just been two episodes and she's playing a negative character for the first time, perhaps she'll get better as time passes by.

well yeah that is true..😆 the glass of wine is less for negative effect it's more just a touch given for the feel of high society .

it won't be easy to play negaitve, i guess will take time n become better n better.

and agree--in this show--it seems like overacting kar rahi hai

From the flashback scenes it makes me feel sorry for Laila actually. She admits and yells out that she felt trapped in their marriage. All she seemed to be longing for was the attention of her husband. Being rich, kitty parties, sitting by the pool with only a bottle as company is not what she had initially signed up for. Not that I promote cheating but I like it if that part could be explored as well. Why do people cheat? Does this make them automatically a bad person? A bad parent?

I don't know any of these actors but so far they all seemed to be doing a good job.

i saw that scene too. at times it felt like she wanted to go on a world tour but her husband didn't make it,

she wanted a man and i guess he couldn't be that for her, yes she has a kids but still she is sad persona.

n cheating is also wrong but i guess she got married but wasn't happy at all.

maybe her daughter will face the same trouble as her, after she gets married to anant, marrying old man n suffering the pain of he could not be "man" for her.

the pain of need of love n more then love that "husband wife" thing and still waiting for it, but due to his age maybe he wouldn't be able to fulfill that so the cheating will happen again.

whatever her mother been gone thru i guess it will happen again with her daughter,

i feel like that, maybe this is going to happen again. lets see.
