Lovely post...I loved all of it...especially the last part. I agree, the kind of a love that Gauri has for Omkara, it's incredible and baffling and out of this world!

I am a sucker for unrequited lovestories...I dunno why, but the idea that someone would do anything for their loved one without expecting anything in return is so alluring and kinda mind boggling to me...do people like that even exist ? *sigh*

I also agree with part about him getting sucked into this whole love thing. The kind of devotion that she is holding for him, there is no way that he won't be effected by it...it's addicting, and baffling...it gives you a new high to be sooo loved...he can't do anything but respond to it...the beauty is, that despite his denials and struggles, he would fall for her *sigh*

Even I love the whole idea of unrequited love! Part of the reason why I was SO disappointed in ADHM was because it make a mockery out of the whole idea. Tragic and incomplete love kills me but all the tears are worth it man. And because here Omkara has no option but to fall for Gauri..it'll be interesting to see just for how long can he resist the intensity of Gauri's emotions. Because the more she spends time with him, the deeper her feelings would get. I'd love to see Omkara jaan boojh ke trying to ignore Gauri's devotion towards him. He'll be all pathar ka sanam to her and she'd take all the pain he throws her way until one day he SNAPS and has to actually confront her cuz it's driving him crazy the way she keeps getting willingly hurt cuz of him.

Oh god, I'm already imagining the scene in my head. Shrenu and Kunal will KILL such intense scenes. They emote so much through their eyes. Can we please have Gauri back just so we can see these two properly have one intense wala scene?!
