@shraddha di - my myy!!!😲 now really what's the matter di? this isn't a 100% confirmed news yet.I don't know how anyone can suddenly take a decision as such like completely leaving the field which brought you name and fame.And thinkof it RT is still young.Whatever he may think he will be regarded as a child/teen actor only.And Bollywood nowadays is ruled by 30+ stars.He may get a role like one portrayed by Darsheel in Taare Zameen Par but how long?He needs to return to this tellyworld once everything is over.Will he do small,side roles in movies?He surely can't neglect a field which helped him so much.I bet his parents agree on this part too.The fact may be he would be just going away for a few days to do an exciting role but you know how fast this information can be manipulated.I really don't feel insecure,sad,let down because I don't completely believe that he is going to quit doing serials. 😳

but where did people get this information from?? 😕 there's absolutely no news of this so called movie let along rajat quiting dv...

Amitabh gave his first hit in his late 20's and Akshay joined Bollywood in his 20's.... B or A grade doesn't matter, but I feel in this particular case 'size does matter'

Yupp Minnie..I completely understand what u are trying to say...But i think times have changed for the ebtter today...

Till date we only had these main stream films with a hero-heroine dancing in the rain...love and misunderstandings n then they patching up...In recent times..Bollywood has moved on..Many new experimental films are cuming forward n becumin huge hits...for example say...the recent.."Taare Zameen Par"

N as the west is influencing Bollywood a lot...Teenage stars like Lindsay Lohan, Hillary Duff, Daniel radcliffe and Zac Effron..they have their own set of teenage die hard fans...n they enjoy doing their kind of "teenage movies" till they turn adults...they have their own set of fans n movies...

I see rajat becumin a teenage star than a full fleged Bollywood hero...lets wait n see what ahppens...this is a risk..no denying...but He will have to take sum risks in life...n God Forbid..things don't work out as PRC did..He will have to make necessary changes n fight back!!

awww abhy i wish i could be as optimistic as you.. 😭 but i lost all my ways and means of optimism after seeing that all our pleas and cries went unnoticed when they replaced RT.. in PRC..
and even i feel that the new movie should not be the only way forward for him.. come to think of it he is not even hero material yet yaar.. he needs atleast 2-3 years to even start looking like a hero who can romance a heroine (atleast in college) and fight with gundaas etc...
so whats the point of leaving your safety net for one children's movie.. after that is over what? kitne children's movies aate rahenge? 😕

aashi how many teenage movies have you seen becoming hits and being accepted in bollywood? TZP is not a teenage movie...look at all the movies that became a hit in the last 2-3 years... 😕
.. besides as i said RT is not like rest of the bolly/telly teenager... he comes from a different background.. his family is not a film family.. me very very very happy for him that he signing movies.. my only concern is he should not leave DV now for it.. thats all.. once in 2-3 years he atleast starts getting hero material offers..(i dont mean hit movies i mean just even offers) then he can completely forget about the TV world... and pack off... 😃
