Mahabharat is a tale of epic proportions. Within this tale there is yet another battle that is fought between Parshuram and Bhishma. Mahadev comes and stops this fight between them.

It was with a broken leg and a heart seeking justice, that Amba made her way to Parshuram. She longed to be righted. She believed it was Bhishma who wronged her and deprived her of a happy future. However, Bhishma had no intention of causing Amba any harm. Amba however is blinded by the hurt and helplessness of her situation. Hence, she seeks revenge.

Parshuram refuses to help her with her plans but her persistence causes him to give in to her petition. Upon meeting Parshuram, Bhishma tries to explain to Parshuram that his heart was in the right place and he in no way sought to rob princess Amba of her happiness but Parshuram is unwilling to hear further. A battle ensues between them. Tonight stepping down from the heavens is Mahadev himself.

Thanks for sharing the Mahadev in Mahabharat promo video. 👍🏼

Everytime they have shown Mahadev in Mahabharat so far (the first episode and the promos that were on air before the show went on air) they used a CGI version of him, seen in the clouds. I thought they would eventually use an actor for the role when Mahadev would be seen in the show, and as he would only be seen briefly I kind of thought that they might try to borrow Mohit for a guest appearance. And now they are actually doing it - awesome!

It is nice to see the sister channels Life OK and Star Plus cooperating like this, and even the different production houses. Both Mahbharat and DKDM are certainly getting a lot of publicity out of this, and I am sure there will be/are now a lot more viewers for both these shows. Its nice to see mythological shows piquing so much interest! 😊

I wonder if they will do a bit of cross-promotion in tonight's DKDM episode, like they did in the episode on the day when Life OK's show Savitri started (by having Mahadev tell Nandi very briefly that there would be great ladies like Savitri in the future).

With the current goings on in DKDM with Ganga, I think it would be awesome and amusing if they sort everything out and then have Mahadev bless Ganga in tonight's DKDM episode by telling her that she will be married in the future and will be mother to a great son who will be remembered until the end of time! Then we will get to see Ganga, Mahadev and Ganga's son Bhisma in tonight's Mahabharat episode immediately after DKDM! I really hope they do something like this - I would laugh so hard! 🤣 Looking forward to DKDM and Mahabharat, both of which I watch anyway!

after such a big publicity n promos i thought mahadev is gonna be there for the entire episode yesterday...but i was disappointed as his scene was shortened to just 2-3 min n a few dialogues... expected more from mahadev....
