According to a source, a video showing the making of the serial, which will release soon, shows only Ajay-Atul. Ask Ismail about whether he is being sidelined and he says, "I've no idea about this. I've done my work well and it'll speak for itself. If they don't want to advertise my name, it's their choice. I'm not upset or sad about it." He adds, "I haven't been in touch with the makers for the last six months. I wasn't even aware that Ajay-Atul have composed for the show. But such things don't affect me. I've given Mahabharat a new standard; I've worked really hard on it."
The insider adds that there were some creative differences between Ismail and the production team."I don't let people interfere in my work no matter who it is. Ismail Darbar will remain Ismail Darbar; nothing can affect him," he says.
On being contacted, Tewary says, "I'm not aware of this. We had given the (job of producing the) making of the show to a third party."
