In our forum if u see there are Mohit Fans,Mohit and Mouni fans and Sonarika fans so far.
Many Sati fans never accepted Sonarika opposite Mohit but the show kept soaring after the Sati phase indicating that mass audience where loving it.
Still they kept hating Sonarika. You will not believe Vrish some of those fans who hated Sonarika have come back now with the introduction of Pooja saying that finally they are able to see the real Adishakti in her and the show looks rocking now.
So u see many fans are supposed to be back to the show who had left almost a year back when Mouni's role ended.

Such is the state of affairs in our show. 😆

A lot of people did say the same thing when Mouni was replaced.

However, the biggest culprit here is the messy storyline. So now, the viewers cannot connect to either the story, or the lead pair.

Varaali the stories of DKDM has always been messed up right from the start but the way they have treated the whole thing is what kept the audience engaging.
The Mahakaali epi got the show the record TRP of 8 plus but it was probably the worst epi with what they had shown in content.
Now Jalandhar story was again so badly distorted and we all had so many complains but it did reasonably well during the IPL period which was appreciated a lot by a sect of audience who have no clue about any of these stories and where just more drawn to the look and attitude of Jalandhar credit to Mohit Raina and his strong hold on the female population.

I don't know why I still watch the show... habit, I guess...

BUt yeah, they are messing the whole thing! What has happened to Utkarsh sir's buddhi? Has it left him after Sona's exit?😆

But seriously, the show's storyline has dropped down since she left! Maybe Utkarsh misses her and this is how he rebels!😆😆😆

Nah Utkarsh is a nice guy from what we have interacted with him in the various forums. He genuinely liked Sona but it is not in his hands.
His job is to make the screenplay the decision of stories is not his but that of the channel and production house.

me too vrish..it was seriously awful..it looked artificial..for me, in DKDM, tht was a first..i dnt know whether am being judgemental or the story is going downhill..mohit acted well, but the disconnect is there persistently..😕

Lap up anything that is served as long as there is a strong dose of Mohit.
That is what the PH also believes I guess since they so conveniently did away with Sonarika and got a new face in her place after a year.

well i am also mohit fan.. but i dont know.. now i am dead confused with ramayan of RAMANAND SAGAR and this mahadevs ramayan... since child hood i am sooo prone to ramanandji's ramayan.. kuch aur digest karna difficult hai..🤢

DKDM has always shown some crap with stories.. for ex.. mahishasur mardini track...(in actual.. its very beautiful story but these ppl showed some nonsense...)

i suppose they are gonna do the same with ramayan.. i just want to take a break from this show..

thankfully my exams are approaching.. i can restrain my self from watching this show..😭

truly not liking this new parvati..
i'm so missing our cute pretty sonarika..

thn they made both karthik nd ganesha old.. i soo miss lill chubby chotu ganesh..

nd as if it wasnt enuf.. now this ramayan track..

i'm soo loosing interest in DKDM... i juz hope the production house do something soon before viewers become disheartened nd stop watching it..

Actually, good acting does squat for me if the storyline - particularly in a historical or mythological setting - is in the dumps. I recall when the Imagine TV Ramayan aired, how people were critical of the show during the Uttarkand stage, but praising their acting. Sorry, but that does nothing for me if the story is getting fictionalized.

This is the third such mytho where I've seen good actors getting wasted on fictionalized plots - in Ramayan, it was Gurmeet & Debina who were getting their talents wasted, in DBSK, Vishal would have been great had Krishna not been busy playing games w/ Paundrak and at the end, trying to straighten out the mess in Lata's life, and now, Mohit, who's been sublime to date, is just wasting his time doing things that Shiva didn't do in the Ramayan. Trust me - there are still interesting stories left - the 2 incidences of the fake Parvatis (one by Nandi 😆), the stories on Andhak, Manasa Devi, Ayappa - all that is just Shiva's family. If they want to broaden it a bit, there are other stories out there.

I've decided that I might as well catch the weekly summaries on Saturday 8pm - will save myself a lot of time. I do plan to resume watching a bit for Piyush Sachdev, just to see what he is like as Rama. But he too will be a wasted talent in playing out this Rama - once it's over, he should move to Mahabharata as well. Preferably in the other serial, not this one.

I am scared what they will reduce Ram to in this rate where Mahadev is shown interfering with everything related to Ram and Ramayan.
Maybe for some Mohit is the only reason to watch the show don't care what crap is dished out in the name of Mahadev ke Ram.
