This was too funny - I was hoping that Jalandhar would squish Indra in his hands.
Mahadev's reason for saving Indra - if he's dead, all the rains would stop, and there would be famine. But can't he work out an agreement where Indra would be dethroned, and the deva throne given to Nahusha?
Also, I find it puzzling why Jalandhar would have to learn that he's Shivangsh from Mahadev, rather than Shukracharya.
P.S. What does Vikalp mean?
