Outraged! They r looking at technicality and not at the nature of crime committed? Dont know if i can ask this here...is that monster heavily connected? I mean...some people withgreat connections can get away with anythin in our cointry...right?

that is so sick, he is the most evil out of all of them. 😡😡😡😡I dont care if he is juvenile, his actions are that of a demon. He should be hanged. 😡

Not only in this case, but i think that crimes comited by juveniles is on the rise. I also think that they are aware of the fact they will get away with a less strict punnishment. We realy need to change the laws, but i do not have faith in the systems in this country.

Crime is crime he should be punished. whether he is minor or not. When you crime you should be ready to face the punishment. I am firm believer I agree with you.

They cannot let him get away because he is a minor. What that young girl had to bear is unimaginable something we do not even wish for our enemies. If this cruel inhuman person gets away easily that will be the biggest black mark on the system and government.
We should protest this strongly and laws to make an exception in this case. If he was a minor his act was beyond major. He has no right to be part of a civilized society. He should not be just punished but it has to be so severe that it will be a lesson to mankind and it should reach the poorest of poor and backward areas and hit the minds of those who might have tendency to rape.

I am with you all. He should be punished for his crimes and not let out in a couple of years. Dosen't matter whether he is a juvinele or not he has committed a crime that is unpardonable.

As a mother i really feel sad for the girls parents, that they have to go thru this, nothing is more worst than losing your child, and that too this way. those devils even thou juvenile shold not be allowed to go scot free, they should be made to suffer for life.
