That's the point! How could that lawyer say this thing?!! He would have faced a trial if it was in any other state. We should change our laws.. Till how long We'll make loopholes for this types criminals to flee away from punishment ?! We change.. Light-ing candles.. Bhook hartal these days are gone.. Now everyone needs to take revolutionary steps against these types of crimes.

are arijit maar pit se kuch nai hoga,
kitno ko iske pehle fasi hui hai par rape band nai hue,
are delhi case ke baad itne saare protest ke bawajut kitne rape case hue, even kal bhi to ek rape case registered hua

Now, i am feeling like misile launch kar ke world ko yahi end kardu.. Humanity ?? ... I just can't express yaar.. What happend to this society? kaha hain.. Woh hamare cultures? The whole thing is so bizarre. The laws in this country has to be modified asap. This case atleast I would say has managed to get the attention to the poor state of law for rape in our country and now they are planning to amend it by changing the age limit to 16 from 18. The accused has only few moths before he turns 18 but the protests should keep going to ensure he does not go scotfree and ensure they are not lineant in this case.

So you are talking of that boy who had terminated human rights and did this hynae type deed? Yes he is a juvenile , so am I, so can I be saved if I kill a person? I am sorry but this cannot be the thing. I think that child also needs to be punished. 17 years is not a age to drink feeder, I guess much maturity comes in that age.
