Glad to have the story being told in full form...!

here are few more points,

1, the elephant threw the garland down since it was attracting many honeybees... so to my knowledge Ayiraavat was not from Mathan incident...!

2, the Poison that came is also called as Kaalakootam. and yes Paarvati held Shiva's neck and the poison stayed in his neck, so the name Neelakanta !

3, To my knowledge this is the 1st time Vishnu took Mohini roop.

4, King Mahabali come very much later in the story, Bali is the Grand son of Prahlada who is the main character of Narasimha Avatar story...! Narasimha Avatar is followed by Vamana Avatar.

5, The blood of Rahu gave to onions (red color) and the Amruth that spilled gave rise to Garlic (white color), so its considered as the reason some household doesn't use onion in their food items at all...!!

6, The Amruth was carried by Dhanwantari , which is the last item to be emerged from the Mathan...!

7, the see of milk is also known as "Paalaazhi" (in malayalam) or Ksheera Saagara (in Sanskrit) so we also call the Mathan as Paalaazhi Mathanam! and Ksheera Saagara Mathanam!

8, along with the beautiful items there were many Bad ones too, like the Goddess of Liquor and Jyeshta, or the elder sister of Lakshmi, the goddess of misfortune..etc...

9, and the deal was that all artifacts obtained will be parted between the gods and asuras, including the Amruth...!

10, the Main curse to Indra-Sabha was that all of them will turn loose their immortality! so they turned into old...!

Just a quick quesstion - you mentioned that one of the things produced from the samudra manthan was the kalpvrishka ... is this the same kaplvrishk that Parvatiji used to make Ashok Sundari in friday's episode or a different one?

Dear, To my knowledge, the artifacts from Mathan are always unique, i.e. they are only one!...

So may be we should consider this as one of the bloopers that we are having, similarly, Goddess Lakshmi is also emerged from Mathan only!..

Godess Lakshmi was given as Vishnuji along with Saraswatiji to Brhmaji & Shakti to Shiva. Shakti was seperated from Shiva from his Arshnarishwar form on Brhmaji's prayer as he needed her for copulative creation. Since then Shivji was without his consort till he married Sati, then Paravti.
Lakshmiji was very much with Vishnuji. He got her again from Samudra Manthan.
From wiki

Mahalakshmi has always existed. Her appearance from samudra manthan is her main manifestation only. Mahalakshmi was also born to the great sage Bhrigu, and she is therefore also called Bhargavi. Mahalakshmi is also the sister of the great guru Sukracharya as well as the great planet Chandra. Each time Vishnu descends on earth as an avatar, He is accompanied by an avatar of Lakshmi.

The moon (Chandra) also appeared from the ocean during the churning, making it her brother. Alakshmi, the goddess of misfortune, is Lakshmi's elder sister. According to the Vishnu Purana, Lakshmi is the daughter of Bhrigu and Khyaati and resided in Swarga, but, due to the curse of Durvasa, she left Swarga and made Ksheersagara her home.

Gosaikunda is not in Tibet. Its in Nepal. I visited it when I was small. It is in Dhunche, Rasuwa.
The effect of the poison is so strong there that people faint if they go near the lake.
