Maybe its that only but why was he crying? and that devilish cry/laughter in the background? It was scary

Vishnu ji said something about Tantra Vidya.

Even I've heard that Shivji wears garland of skulls not 108 but 5 skulls. Once Paravti asked him why are you so atatched to this skull mala. He answered as they are of your previous births, that's why I am so attached to them.
