there is a story in bolywood about one of legendary film actress Madhubala .She was extremely good looking woman,am not sure how many of you know about her or seen her films.That woman was talent personified but press and loads of other people used to call her average actress and a stunningly beautiful face.Later on when zee tv and all introduced her films once back to cinema lovers people realized how wonderful she was as artist. so sometimes friends; beauty overshadows your talent.same has happened here to Ashish Kapoor.

If it was all about beauty then we should all love manyata,the girl is extremely pretty but needs to work on her expressions and voice modultaions...

Hey nice analysis….I think to be in profession like acting a person should have good looks to be qualified as Lead hero. SO he has to has good looks that what his profession demands. Why liking anyone on look make anyone shallower character. Though a blank actor just with look fails miserably like all models who failed as actor Dino more. As he is only rising with UDay charcter its crystal clear its not his looks which grab attention there are many attributes to it. It's his layer of character which seems intriguing to most of us that's why we all love him. Though seeing his immense popularity few want to claim it's just on outer looks.

It's his character the Onion peel type character where we just keep guessing no more layers to discover. Than we see a new layer…every episode except few ones he left audience with question why he did what he did…Curiosity is biggest attraction to his character. On top of it he is top notch actor who deliver those expression with very close to perfection ) and create a intriguing aura around him. Everyone character even Jay (who claimes to know his all moves nowdays keep thinking why Uday did this or that. His character is like suspense thriller where we as audience want to uncover truth as but every new chapter just add to it…..His good looks is just small attribute to his character…given this charcter was done by Superhot Guy with no expressions we would have rejected him…..its his charcter which need to be good looking as he is hottest casonova playboy….rich brat….his looks fit for that ball……..MY other favorite character is Mohan and from no angel he is hot……his rustic and unconventional looks as hero is required but that's what make his character…..Similarly this character require good looking Uday so he is ….

.Afterall packaging is require for sales...His good looks is just first selling point to new audience ...the sticking point is only his charcter and his acting.
